    For the most part this is not a bad park like it was. RIFF RAFF IS GONE!…read moreI am astounded however at the rental costs, I know they are trying to improve things but there is a High turn over in managment. They should use someone already in the park for sure so they KNOW the community they are living in. Take the time to vist every home for introductions. I would have preferred not to sign a lease but it does knock off $25 a month. The rents are reasonable compared to eveything else and I want to keep ALL my doctors but the SIZE of the home should greatly be considered. When I got my place in 2016 (I got a bait and switch) so now stuck in 1020 sqft with 4 adults. And I can't do a singlewide. We are 4 adults so thats a drag. With 4 we could use a new frig thats for sure. Dont hesitate to take a place in the park. Rent or Buy. RHP has been good to us.

As far as the infestation goes, I did allow pest control spraying 3 times before. It has not resolved the problem. You were not willing to properly address the issue. They did repair my front stairs,sort of. Without a call! Saying someone was coming. What about the dishwasher, the roof or painting the outside! Stacy are you out there? Percentage based hikes that will eventually leave you homeless over the course of 10 years+, hikes in trash collection for it not to show up, pot holes that only get filled in once they're big enough to blow a tire, only one realistic way out from the back of the park, so better hope the bridge is working order and unblocked; you get the idea. vvvvv~My Reply To Their reply~vvvvvv Rising costs are one thing, but some costs (yours) are rising at a much faster rate than say appliances, a full mortgage payment or a viable used car, also you can reply some sweet nothings, but it doesn't change the facts and what we're all seeing happen over time in the park. Next step is posting all the other peoples testimonials who know to call you on this bs. How is that spectrum deal going? Oh it changed last second in spite of the complaints into a whole different deal? Not the first time you lied to people for sales and virtue points? Wow big surprise! Then the roads, i can take plenty of pictures of your roads if you'd like, clearly haven't seen them yourself, there's waiting for a project and then there's negligence and this is very much the latter with the amount AND depth of some of them (and i know I'm not the only person complaining about this point not including all the other crap. Next step is pictures, so unless you want people to SEE what you're "up to" (much more in-depth than even Robert Butskys' pictures are somewhere below my review) I advise toning down the lies. I leave it off and you wonderful people with a last heads up relating to their last sentence; They'll listen to you, make it sound like they'll actually do something, then leave you with radio silence and half baked excuses when it's between you and them. Funny how the fastest way to get them to reply or respond to you is through a google review. also just adding this cause it has to be the greatest lie they tell; "Parking is not permitted on the street and in grassy areas in order to maintain clear routes for our residents and emergency vehicles". There are every day vehicles parked all around the neighborhood IN THE STREET, it becomes such a problem that on some days you can't get down the road and have to go around the other side of the loop just to get home, no unfortunately this isn't a joke... But hey how about that rate hike followed by a 3 day notice trash related rent hike amiright? Go next door, prices might be lower and you deal with a lot less crap. the community here is pretty nice and that's how im choosing to justify the 1 star they are getting due to the inability to rate 0.

    Our home was under contract with EzHomes since January 2020. Fran Kealey started my husband and I…read moreup and a contract was signed in January to buy our home. Since then, the communication has been absolutely horrible and unprofessional, not only from him but from Maria Gherman as well! After signing the contract, it was difficult to get a hold of Fran ( I guess his job was done so he didn't care). He told me that the next steps after signing the contract are dealt with by Maria and / or Melanie. No one, Absolutely NO ONE, had made contact with me since signing the contract, with the exception of taking pictures that was done mid January! I had reached out many times to check on the status of things but I got no response. Febuary and March go by with no communication (except for me calling many times and Maria finally telling me the house is on the market). That's it, and that was early February...nothing since then! No one discussed the price, nothing. They listed it for $25,000 more then discussed..never sold. Part of the contract included EzHomes paying our March mortgage payment for the house under contract. The only reason it was mailed was because I had to call and email 4 times! I contacted Maria the very beginning of March regarding this. She told me on March 6th that the check would be mailed out Monday, the 9th. I received nothing that week, I had to then call and email her again since it was never sent when she promised! She said her boss was on vacation and that he arrived back in the office office on the 12th and will sign it and be mailed out the same day. I responded and asked her to please over night it, and also inquired about the delivery method, again...she never responded at all!!! It was NEVER mailed on the 12th. It was postmarked on the 14th, and I received it on the 16th! It was considered late with my bank! Maria never even bothered telling me that her boss was on vacation and it wont be mailed out until he gets back. So, that whole time, we were expecting it. In between that time, I left Maria 2 voicemails and sent her two emails, she NEVER responded to either of them. I contacted Melanie yesterday morning, she said she was surprised Maria never got back to me and said her phone is working and calls are being transferred. Melanie also told me she will try to have Maria contact me..again no response from Maria. I had to call again today! Melanie sounded surprised that after 5 attempts to contact her, Maria never got back to me. I tried to touch base periodically since January about the status of things. After the pictures were taken, we heard absolutely nothing! I even took out a loan for $10,000 to pay our home equity off because it was considered a lean on the property and I knew we couldn't close with EzHomes with that home equity on the loan. Also, I had a tenant in my house that was scheduled to leave in February, but wanted to know if it would be ok to extend it out. I called Maria to run it by her to make sure it wouldn't delay anything. After several attempts to reach her, she finally responded back saying it wouldn't delay settlement to have her stay for a few more weeks as long my tenant was cooperative and let people in who need to be there to proceed with the sale. That would have been a great time for her to talk to me about the status. However, she did not! So, now my tenant is gone ( losing income) and Maria JUST TODAY called me ( ONLY because I had to call Melanie 2 x and leave 4 messages via email and voice mail for Maria) to tell me, 2 WEEKS BEFORE we are scheduled to close, that her boss decided not to pursue the sale. This is all being communicated to me 2 WEEKS before closing! I even asked Maria if we could talk about negotiating the purchase price so it would benefit them more. She sounded like she didn't even want to entertain it. We are sorry we wasted 3 months with EzHomes. I emailed the OWNER of the company, Jim Zaspel and he never bothered replaying either. In the future I will be sure to note this experience to others.
