After going back and forth, they said they could meet at 11 am on Saturday. Now, Saturday came, my husband was in the online meeting room, but nobody showed up. He waited for 30 minutes there and ended the online meeting. Now, after he left home, Evelyn called him and said she had forgotten the meeting, with no legitimate reason. And after wasting part of his weekend, she told him that they only offer the full management service and do not help just with finding a tenant. The purview of their service is fine; that is their choice, but this could certainly be communicated via email instead of going through this unprofessional and disrespectful experience. I was surprised to find many great reviews about this company, which was good for them, but I guess our need wasn't lucrative enough for them to care if you can drop a meeting they scheduled without giving a legitimate reason.

My garage has been "in repair" for 2 months.. there was a leak from a neighbor's condo that affected my garage. No communication on when job will be done. Instead, there's been a heater sitting there obstructing me to park my car. 2 months in Dec/Jan, when the blizzards came. I informed them and the contractor to take the heater away since it was sitting unused for over a month...no response. Melissa is incredibly rude on the phone and email. She has something stuck up her ass. I can't believe my condo association is paying money to these people to manage the property. They can't even manage their own emails or themselves.
