However, with multiple management changes since 2021 and new ownership in 2025, we have seen lot rents increase at a rate that is just predatory. Even with inflation down and rental prices dropping nationwide, they increased our base rent 9% in 2026. The largest increase I have seen since moving into Woodland Ridge. Our new monthly rent including water will be ~$800 a month (In 2019 our lot rent was under $500 a month). That is before your mortgage payments. Today buying a manufactured home in woodland ridge would cost about $2000 a month mortgage and rent combined. Be smart and just buy a house outside of a mobile home park. It is not just Woodland Ridge; it is systemic predatory renting. If you are ok with an infinitely increasing rent payment, buying a manufactured home in Woodland Ridge is the thing for you.
