After going back and forth, they said they could meet at 11 am on Saturday. Now, Saturday came, my husband was in the online meeting room, but nobody showed up. He waited for 30 minutes there and ended the online meeting. Now, after he left home, Evelyn called him and said she had forgotten the meeting, with no legitimate reason. And after wasting part of his weekend, she told him that they only offer the full management service and do not help just with finding a tenant. The purview of their service is fine; that is their choice, but this could certainly be communicated via email instead of going through this unprofessional and disrespectful experience. I was surprised to find many great reviews about this company, which was good for them, but I guess our need wasn't lucrative enough for them to care if you can drop a meeting they scheduled without giving a legitimate reason.

I'm sure they have excellent realtors and we probably got a bad draw. However, that directly led us to Christine. For a few months, Christine helped us look for a home in Brighton but we had bad luck with what we were looking for. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we suddenly needed to buy in Ann Arbor. Christine was super flexible and got us rolling into our dream home. She was always responsive throughout the process and was pragmatic when we needed it.
