The home buying process was a little daunting up front as we were moving out of state and purchasing our first home without knowing the area well. Luckily, through a family member of a family member, we were recommended to Terri. And we were immediately made to feel like family. We worked most closely with Shawna, who is hardworking and honest, without being pushy. She was willing to go to every house on the map to try and get us a house, and she was great to call or text if we had any questions. Another great perk was their recommendations for inspectors and lenders. It made the process so much smoother for us, because the people they recommend were so excellent to work with, as well. Overall, this group helped to make these Ohioans feel at home in their new city.

Christine was super flexible and got us rolling into our dream home. She was always responsive throughout the process and was pragmatic when we needed it. Although I only worked with her on the buying side, Christine also sold a friend's home of mine in Brighton and I know they were super happy about how everything went.
