They said no, but added that if I was just a few minutes late and they were still around (sometimes until about 5:30 while closing up), I could knock on the window and they'd let me in to pick up my online tabs. That alone was pretty great. I hustled and got there at 5:05. The front door was locked and they were wrapping up with their last customers, but just like they promised, the folks at the desk pointed me to another door and let me in to grab my tabs. Even more refreshing: when I walked in, the atmosphere was genuinely warm. People were chatting, in good spirits, and there was music playing. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place to pick up your tabs. I'll definitely be back next year.

I am extremely disappointed with our experience with Bellevue Healthcare, and after what happened…read moretoday, I have serious concerns about the quality and safety of their mobility equipment repair work. My 92-year-old father-in-law relies on his Baja Wrangler scooter for his mobility and independence. About a year ago, we brought it to Bellevue Healthcare because it would suddenly lose power and die while he was using it. We described exactly what we were experiencing: the scooter was losing power. They told us the batteries needed to be replaced, so we replaced them. That seemed to help for a few months, but then the exact same problem returned. We brought the scooter back and again explained that it was suddenly losing power. This time, we were told the circuit board was the problem. Bellevue Healthcare kept his scooter for THREE WEEKS to replace the circuit board. When we finally got it back, it was still having the exact same problem. Now we are being told the problem may actually be the right rear motor because the rear tire has been wobbling and has damaged the rotor. But what happened next is by far the most concerning part of this experience. While examining the motor, Bellevue Healthcare had removed the right rear wheel. Afterward, the nut securing that wheel was not properly tightened. Today, while my 92-year-old father-in-law was actually driving the scooter, the wheel nearly came off. That is completely unacceptable. This isn't simply an inconvenience or a repair that didn't work. Returning mobility equipment to a 92-year-old with a wheel that was not properly secured created a potentially serious safety hazard. Beyond that, throughout this process there appears to have been no thorough diagnostic evaluation to determine WHY the scooter was repeatedly losing power. Instead, we have gone from batteries, to a circuit board, and now to a motor/rotor issue while the original problem has continued. When we questioned the previous repair, we were actually told that because WE described it as a "power issue," that was why they replaced the circuit board. Of course we described it as a power issue--the scooter was suddenly losing power. We are the customers, not mobility-equipment technicians. How could we possibly know whether the underlying cause was a battery, circuit board, motor, rotor, wheel, or something else? Diagnosing the cause of the symptoms is precisely why we brought the scooter to professionals. At this point, we have had multiple visits, multiple diagnoses, replacement batteries, a replaced circuit board, three weeks without the scooter for a repair that did not solve the problem, and now a wheel that was not properly secured after Bellevue Healthcare worked on it. This scooter is not recreational equipment. It is essential mobility equipment for a 92-year-old man. He should be able to trust that when his scooter is returned from a medical equipment repair company, it is safe for him to use. Customers should not be expected to diagnose their own equipment before bringing it in, and they certainly should not have to worry that a wheel may nearly come off after that equipment has been serviced. For a company entrusted with repairing equipment that elderly and disabled people depend on for their mobility and safety, I expected a dramatically higher standard of care, competence, and accountability. After our experience, I have lost confidence in Bellevue Healthcare's ability to safely and accurately service this equipment. While they previously were helpful when we purchased a wheelchair, their repair department is deeply disappointing and dangerous.

I dropped my boat off to have my motor looked over and to have a kicker motor installed…read more Unfortunately, I found out that my existing motor was never going to be reliable again. I ended up purchasing a used 2006 Yamaha from them, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. The installation of the new motor, tachometer, and throttle control was incredibly clean and professionally done. Working with Mike was an excellent experience from start to finish. He's personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to make you feel comfortable throughout the process. The turnaround time was much quicker than I expected, and what really stood out was how it felt like I was dealing with friends rather than just a business. That kind of customer service is pretty special these days. They're a little farther of a drive for me than I'd prefer, but it's absolutely worth it. I won't be taking my boat--or my business--anywhere else. Highly recommended!

They found a fuel delivery issue and a loose battery connection. When it still wasn't right, they kept digging and found the route cause. Instead of providing a quick fix and sending me on my way, they ensured everything was correct and up to spec. I highly recommend them, and appreciate their attention to detail.

75th anniversary in full swing and worth celebrating !…read more They offered 30 minute city Seaplane tours for $75 this weekend, so we brought our kiddo to celebrate her 6th birthday. She was all smiles and still talking about all the sites she saw on her very first flight (UW, Space Needle, Puget Sound). "Everyone gets a window seat on one of their beautifully restored de Havilland Beaver or Otter Seaplanes for a birds-eye view of the Emerald City, University of Washington, Shilshole Bay, and Discovery Point." The pilot, Quinn, went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. He took photos for our family, and even let our kiddo sit in the cockpit after landing. The maintenance crew was also willing to answer any questions and were full of smiles. It was truly nice to see people who enjoy their jobs/careers. In the lobby you'll find awesome coasters, teeshirts, beautiful coffee mugs, hats, and even a toy seaplane that our kiddo had to have. I love that everyone was required to wear a mask, especially since our kid is unvaccinated. Hubby and I look forward to catching another flight in the near future! Thank you for an unforgettable experience during such uncertain times.

Customer service was basically nonexistent. Due to the time, we had already missed all ferries for the day. Thank goodness for an incredible staff member with Alaskan airlines who was able to get us on the last flight to Seattle for the day. In addition to an excellent uber driver who got us to the airport in an extremely timely manner. At least two other couples were stranded due to the decisions and lack of communication from Kenmore Air. I would never recommend anyone use them, UNLESS it's for sightseeing. Again, please beware, they will literally cancel the flight while you're on the plane.
