So when I came in today, a woman was at the front and she knew exactly what I came in for and 20 minutes later, my rental car came in. I just dropped off the keys and went on my way. Even though they haven't fixed my car yet, My mom got her car fixed at this location too a few years ago. In a few days, my mom's car was back to its normal and original* look and was super happy about it. Even now, she hasn't had any problems with the area the auto shop fixed and will go to them again in the future for any repairs. In terms of its professionalism, and fast service - 5/5. There's not much parking in the front, I think you have to drive to the back to get more parking...but the shop isn't insanely busy, so you'll find a spot if you go after 1/2pm!

I recently had a minor accident and decided to pay for my repairs out of pocket. I was reluctant…read moreabout choosing an auto body shop I could trust. I had a past experience with another auto body shop a few years back that left me with a very bad taste in my mouth about these auto body shops (if you want the name, I will gladly post it in a reply...I didn't want to infect this specific post with other names). I did some research online and then started cold calling a few to get estimates. When I called Fix Auto Mississauga North , I had asked about their hours of operation and they stated 8-5 daily. I knew I couldn't make it there easily in that time frame. The receptionist passed me to the manager, Joe. He asked about my problem, and asked me to send some photos to determine a preliminary quote. I also insisted on OEM parts only. I took the photos and sent them. He replied soon after with a quote. He even called me up to go through the quote. He was able to get very good prices (I know because I even brought my car to the dealer and they would not budge on their set prices). I also did some online price checking for the parts; still Joe's was better. He did warn me that after tear down, there may be additional costs, but I knew that was a probability more than a possibility. Joe also promised the car within 2 days. I felt comfortable enough to give Joe and Fix Auto Mississauga North a try. I have to say that my experience with Joe and this shop was very pleasant. I emailed Joe with questions a couple of times, and got timely replies. He was able to get me a great deal on a rental car too. Every time I called, I was met with courteousness and respect. On one occasion, Joe tried to contact me because he thought my steel bumper beam should be replaced. He wasn't able to reach me right away, so in order to make sure that he didn't defect on the promise date, he ordered the part anyway so that it would be there if I decided to go ahead with adding the part and waited for my callback. I approved of the additional cost (which again was at reasonable price) and the car was finished as promised on time. Joe made the process very smooth for me and I was happy with the service and the final repairs. I would highly recommend giving Joe a call and see for yourself that you would be in good hands if you entrusted your repairs to his facility.

The industry norm for ratings seems to be up to 5 stars, the people at Master Mechanic Matheson deserve at least double that, and it is my opinion that their name says it all "MASTER MECHANIC' as these folks have done the "almost impossible". How many of us over the past have had a vehicle they wish they had never sold! As an occasional collector of unique automobiles, I have a favourite, and this one I have never sold. Purchased new with some added horsepower by the folks at Nascar, my pride and joy is a 1996 Lincoln MK VIII LSC. While this vehicle is relatively low miliage, at 27 years old, parts are failing more due to age than wear and tear. Time for a fairly substantial overhaul, a complete vehicle inspection was performed, and identified 11 problem areas each supported by a detailed description and supporting pictures. A work order was then supplied with cost estimates for each repair/replacement. Parts, however, are extremely hard to find as there are apparently only 12 of these vehicles still registered, difficult to source parts (some of which took days to find, and could only be found in the USA) were obtained by Kirk the (Service Advisor), and installed by Edward, Rashidul, and possibly other Technicians. These parts included a Power Steering Rack and Pump with various hoses, A/C Compressor and associated hoses, front upper Ball Joint, Sway Bar Link, wiring for rear tail lights, and for safety sake, and not available as parts, new steel brake lines (and transmission lines) were hand crafted and installed by the Technicians, completely replacing the old lines. I can't express how impressed I am as these folks have worked wonders, and everyone there deserves a personal thank you for the courteous, professional and efficient service they have provided. And after all that, they even had the courtesy to wash my car! I can only rate them as 100% !!! Tony Kemp, Mississauga, On.
