That side door was the entire reason I chose that model, and that is exactly what I was told I was buying. When my contractor went to pick up the vanity, the unit they gave him was completely different -- it didn't even have the side door. When we called the store to fix the issue, instead of taking responsibility for selling the wrong item, they told us it was "too late" and that the size vanity we bought doesn't come with a door. If that's the case, then why was it sold to us that way in the first place? Their customer service was completely unhelpful and dismissive, and they showed zero interest in correcting their mistake. For a business that sells bathroom fixtures, you would expect them to at least stand behind what they sell. Because of this experience, I will never purchase anything from this store again and I strongly recommend that others shop elsewhere if you want honest service and products that match what you were promised

Although our new kitchen, bar and dining buffet were exceptional, there were a few issues. The company assessed our feedback and shipped new components to update our home without penalty. The provide design services (Gabby in Ft Lauderdale is not only a great designer, she's also good at putting guide rails on our ideas that she felt would not look right -- and she was dead right). They're a bit more expensive but these cabinets will last a lifetime and look beautiful in any home. The product and service are worth every penny.

A year later, the doors began inflating which was the first huge red flag. I contacted the company many times about what happened and sent photos, and after Alvin came to see the doors in person, he said he'd send them to the manufacturer in Italy and replace the doors. Nevertheless, he never sent anyone to pick up the doors and never contacted me again regarding the doors. I called the owner of the company of Italkraft, Alex, with whom I also shared the photos and ongoing, irresponsive text conversations with his employer, and he then guaranteed that he'd replace the doors. That never happened and when I reached out about it Shortly he said that he couldnt find the deposited checks and therefore could not give me service. Even though the company's administrative organizational issues are completely not my problem, I sent him a photo of the check I did have a photo of. I also have clear bank statements that show deductions for the payment installments requested and made to Italkraft. The owner already acknowledged the issue and has been aware of me as a client since the beginning but now does not want to complete the service that was promised under the excuse that he cannot find the checks. Now I have broken and tarnished doors that were paid for fully, no customer service or anyone to speak with.

    Came here twice, first time to see what they had. Second time to ask questions. I was greeted by an…read moreolder gentleman who sits at the front. I told him I was here last week "oh yeah I remember you you came with your wife" no, I came solo. They have beautiful kitchen and an array of cabinets and fixtures. Came back a week later to follow up on one of the kitchens I was interested in purchasing. I guess there was only one other guy working on a Saturday who could answer any of my questions and he was occupied with another customer. No idea how long I would've been waiting there. I didn't have much time to waste. (Not their fault) My impression was that they weren't interested in doing business with me ‍ I started walking around the showroom and as I look at one kitchen the older gentleman tells me "that's Canadian" ... ok so I think to myself...not sure what that means...does that = better quality...was he telling me that because he thinks I can't afford it? I'm not sure. I wasn't given an other explanation as he walks away. Kitchens are big investments and I would've expected better customer service. Needless to say I didn't wait around to see how the rest of my experience would've been. I didn't have much time to waste. I can't comment on the pricing. Either way go check them out. It's a nice showroom by the Falls. Hopefully you have a better experience. They are one of the higher rated local kitchen and bath places. Reply to Jorge's comment (11-16-19): thank you Jorge for your follow up. At no time was there ever mention of the possibility of making an appointment. That would have been nice to know when I was told to wait for a designer. I am an understanding person but would like to be informed of the process. The gentleman at the front who handles walk-ins must have been attending a person over the phone (although he was not on the phone at the time of my walk-in). I would be glad to set up an appointment with you to see what YKB truly offers.

    update on my defective ice maker that this store refuses to fix or replace...I have called more…read morethan 10 times, I have sent 15 plus emails and have waited on the phone with uline representatives for hours....I have received no help. I offered to bring the unit back to the store myself and trust me as an old retired person that would have been no easy feat....they refused to take it.. Below is a picture of how the unit ices up after only 3 weeks...my salesman Eddy Perez has be zero help. Buyer beware
