The man who works there is dishonest because he misled me. I asked him if he could make a key for…read moremy car without a remote, and he told me he could. When I got there, he kept me waiting for more than an hour while he searched through bag after bag, trying to find the correct key blank. After an hour and a half of sitting there, it became obvious that he has no experience in customer service. On top of that, he is very difficult to understand. He speaks a mix of French, English, and Spanish, and it is almost impossible to communicate with him. His English is very poor. The next day, he sent me a message telling me to come at 7:30 in the morning because he was supposedly going to pick up the key blank in Hollywood and bring it to Sunny Isles so he could make my key. He also claimed that he had sent me a message at 7:00 a.m., which was another lie. The only message I actually received came later that same afternoon, saying that he could not get the key blank after all, but that he could make a key with a remote instead--for about three times the price of the simple key I had originally requested. Very unreliable and very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place at all. There are many better options. It is much safer to use a certified locksmith than someone who claims to do everything--install carpets, make keys, paint, and all kinds of other jobs--but in the end doesn't do any of them well. I am giving one star only because the app does not allow me to give zero stars.
