I contacted Manno to have my windows and sliding doors rescreened and he was able to come to my…read moreplace on the same day to provide me with a quote. Manno came the next day to do the work while I was at work. I was pretty disappointed when I came back from work and inspected the job to realize I still had huge gaps in between the frames which were one of the main reasons I wanted to get the job done when he came to give me the quote. I called Manno right away and he told me I needed to change all the frames if I needed to correct the issues. So I told him to go ahead and changed 5 of the frames which he charged an additional $75 per plus the re-screening. When I came back again from work I noticed most of the windows still had gaps and he told me it was because the walls had slopes. One of the new frames he installed had scratches all around it and he told me he saw that but still installed it. I looked at 3 of my older frames btw and they were no gaps. Manno did say he'd contact me this week to come back and paint the scratched frame but I have yet to hear back from him. Btw, the work done was very sloppy and unprofessional looking. He didn't even remove the dirts when he reinstalled the frames. I hired Manno based on his great reviews but Google let me down this time. This was a complete waste of my money.
