My wife and I own a cabin in the Cold Springs subdivision. On 9/30/2021 I went there and found Nate's Tree Service doing work on our neighbor's property. They trespassed on our property to gain access to the neighbor's. They also left a mess on our property and were driving heavy equipment on our property. When I confronted them, and asked who gave them permission to tear up our property and trespass, they said they were working for PG&E and could do so. I said no. The easement allows them access to the property they working on, not adjoining properties. I advised they need to clean up our property or I call the Sheriff's office and file trespassing charges, and we litigate. After they called their boss, they admitted they were wrong and agreed to clean up the yard. They did clean it up, but because of their scorched earth policies, our property will not be the same. They killed several small fir trees. I'm sure if I hadn't shown up, they would have left the property a mess. I got the feeling this is their normal standard operating procedures, and I wanted reassurance they would not do this again. I called their office and the receptionist promised to have someone call me by 10/4/2021, and of course I have not heard from anyone. PG&E is equally culpable.
