Because our home is older, the job involved much more than just laying new flooring. They tore up old tile and multiple layers of linoleum, uncovering the kind of surprises you often find in older houses. There were uneven areas and quirks beneath the surface, and they took the time to properly level the subfloor so the LVP would be installed the right way -- not just quickly, but correctly. They explained what was needed and why, which gave us so much confidence in the process. I don't know much about flooring, and they were incredibly generous with their time and guidance, helping us make informed decisions while still making us feel completely in control of the final look.
