I wanted my sister, neice, and nephew to all have something from me for Valentine's Day. I just called in. Spoke w JoAnnne and she was SO KIND, Attentive, Helpful, and SO SWEET!! I wish everyone could be so kind and supportive to strangers. I had some tiny requests. I wanted my sister to have a beautiful arrangement and my neice & nephew a little something "physical" from me to say I love you today, and everyday! I do not exaggerate, ABOVE AND BEYOND!?! Best money I've spent this YEAR! The flowers were just incredible and EXACTLY what I wanted & more! Just stunningly elegant. The 2 littles hot plushies. The cutest little guys ever and they went to bed w them last night! they were "weighted" and called "warmies" bc they're filled with materials so it can be microwaved for comfort! Even an aromatic component with dried French lavender in them. I couldn't have hand selected better gifts for my loved ones. Such a pleasant experience! Thank you JoAnn for sharing your beautiful talent, and your help making Valentine's Day a hit! I look forward to doing more business in the future.

I am so grateful to the staff at Morton's Flowerland they really saved my day after another local…read moreshop dropped the ball. I had used Telaflora to make my order for an arrangement going to an important memorial service. On the Telaflora website they list Morton's Flowerland and another local florist "TFS" as the florist for the area. I placed the original order on Thursday afternoon to be delivered by 11 a.m. on Saturday. Unfortunately Teleaflora sent it to the other place and it was butchered beyond repair. I found out after 5 p.m. on Friday how bad things had gone at "TFS" and had to cancel the order all together. I called Morton's at 8 a.m. on Saturday and they came to the rescue on very short notice. We stayed on the phone as I told them which options I liked from their website while they checked the stock, and we quickly found an option together that was perfect. I am so happy it was made beautifully, very fast, and delivered on time. The other shop had my order for two days, we spoke over the phone several times, and they never bothered to mentioned the key item for the arrangement was out of stock. I only found out after they made the order with the wrong items. They had agreed to send me pictures by text when it was finished since I am live in South Florida. When I called to ask about the photos at the end of the day since they had not sent them yet was the first I heard about the missing items. When I asked if it could be fixed I got excuses like "it is a small town and they did what they could with the stock they had" and "if they had had more time then they could have tried to get the right stuff". None of the excuses provided by "TFS" accounted for the fact that the items they did have were not arranged even close to how they should have been arranged. Or the fact that on Friday morning I was told "they had made this arrangement many times before" and "the results were always great" so they could have discussed they invertory situation but they choose not to tell me about it until after they had already ruined the order. Morton's Flowerland was able to save the day in under 3 hours! They were able to make the arrangement I picked out from their website even though an item or two was not in stock. Morton's let me know at the time the order was placed what would be used and they included me in the process. They were so professional about the changes being made, the final result was so similar, and they made sure the overall appearance of the arrangement was what I wanted. The two experiences I had definitely speak volumes about the quality of the work you get when using Morton's Flowerland. I will definitely remember in the future that I can trust them to deliver an exceptional product, and top of the line customer experience from start to finish.
