It was wonderful stopping into this long standing children's store. I shopped here for both my girls between 25-29 years ago, now I'm back showing my daughter whom is pregnant. It was so neat for me having memories of being pregnant myself, and then toting my young ones into the store. We found great deals with Carter & Osh Kosh brands especially. Purchased a lovely blanket and crib pads. We will definitely be heading back. I also want to add that the employee, Theresa, was WONDERFULLY kind, personable and pleasant. she probably also worked there when I used to shop. A long time employee like this is a treasure indeed. I'm so glad that the store has stayed the way it was years ago, seeing the colorful hand printed poster sales posted on the board and walking through the old factory that hasn't changed in, well forever, is a delight knowing some things may change but they stand true in what matters. Now my granddaughter will be able to look out the windows down onto the old mill river too.

The location is great for parking, located in an old mill with lots of parking. But; being an old building, there's no ramp for wheelchairs or strollers and it IS a 'children's store'. Walking in you can definitely feel overwhelmed with the sheer amount of things in the place. The place is SUPPOSED to be a outlet store. There is no great deal like many outlets have. The "sale prices" are subpar, and it adds up really quickly. Honestly would give it 3 Stars, but the inventory amount bumps it up one more.

Knowing what you're doing and good work ethic mean absolutely nothing when you can politic, tell on people, and get on your knees for the "right" people. Shop is disgusting looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the 1960s with faulty equipment everywhere over 50 years old. Company prides themselves on being USA operated and "made in the USA" yet pay your employees like a sweat shop. Stupidity runs rampant here. Current "engineering" department is pure comedy, 90% have ZERO wire and cable experience, and the ones that do are put down. blame the next guy. HR team should be ashamed to say they take care of the employee's best interest. They sell you BS when you start that isn't true in any aspect whatsoever. They couldn't get someone in there that knows what their doing to save their life. Company profits go to the higher ups super cars and bank account NOT the work force's wages or bonuses. Work force is too weak and too broke to stand up and say when something is wrong. Get a few yearly "raises" and now you're on the hit list only to get someone to replace you cheaper. Company is a joke working there feels like you're on a hidden camera show. good luck Quabbin you're going to need it.

Crappy working conditions with no freedom or even bathroom breaks. HR sells u a B'S story and leaves u thinking it's a normal workplace. It's all about having "time". Long story. Trust me, it sucks. Write-up for Dr app's and emergency family issues. Incompetent, nerdy plant me who is on a power trip. Good co-workers but we're all in the same sinking boat. Way too many incompetent VP's and a typical slave-like atmosphere with the factory workers. What a mistake! Better working at Walmart or a C-store. I had a business of my own, am competent and thought I would advance but I didn't because I spoke out with better ideas that the old boy network couldn't figure out. They would look bad so my ideas were trashed. Place needs a union, no question. Typical sweat shop-just shut up and fat cat butt kissers advance and hide sleazy tactics from old owner. It's like a bad movie. They think they can get away with anything and mostly succeed because they all cover for each other. Next step is to call OSHA and 22 news.

Well... Size really isn't everything. This warehouse (no kidding--it's huge) full of used and…read moresometimes rare books caters to every interest and every taste in that interest. The staff is friendly, able, well-read, and genuinely helpful. And many of the books are remarkably affordable with some rare gems going for under $10 and more common books priced under $10 (often $6, $7, or $8!) Size, selection, service and value,--well, what could possibly stand against that? On my latest visit to this bookshop after more than nine months, I actually found little turn-over in much of its well-stocked shelves. Indeed, my experience recalled my last experience. And that, the one before... New titles leapt out me as I scanned books that I remembered languishing on the shelves for... well...years and years. Many of the books, while old, are actually rather common and, for the person interested in a deep dive into a subject, not particularly useful. Indeed, the bookstore suffers one of the most uncomfortable drawbacks in the antiquarian world of used and rare books: stale and/or stagnant stock. Now, that's not to say the place isn't worth the trip--it definitely is! One is almost certain to find something in any agglomeration of books this large and varied, but the compelling book, that genuinely rare and special book, is often elusive in the overwhelming power of the seemingly endless stacks of this shop. Nevertheless, it is a great spot to browse at your leisure and--yes, buy at reasonable prices, but don't expect to find the truly fabulous... Though it could be there... Somewhere... Who knows? Check it out and find out. It's well worth some of your time.

Was told when this booked that the bouncy house would be picked up the next day which was a Sunday , perfect because I don't want that behemoth sitting on my lawn for longer than 24 hours ! So when I didn't hear from them on Sunday I called and they told me it would be first thing Monday....ok ...not really acceptable but I understand. Now they are 2.5 miles away so when I called at 9:00 am Monday and the owner said they are on the way I say great . I did a couple of errands and came home around 10:15 to find their equipment still on my lawn . I called back and talked to the same "rude " so called 40 year in business owner to ask why it wasn't picked up yet and he went off on a tangent about this being the busiest weekend and 200 other customers and no help , and then went on and asked me if I was one of "those guys " who sat around and watched my lawn all day ! WTF ? Who does this guy think he is ? So .....I had to do a face to face with this arrogant so called business owner . Sure enough....just what I thought....jumped up in my face and proceeded to tell me I'ma "Kenny" .....ya know a male "Karen"....not once but at least five times ! He is a lucky man.... I would not recommend doing business with this man unless you get a written contract for drop off and pick up times . Very unprofessional.
