I ended up driving to Hadley and buying a shirt at a big chain store- which is what I was trying to avoid! Maybe this is me getting old and grumpy, but I'm frustrated by how places like this don't serve the average working person. Most people work until 5:30, which gives very little time to get in and out of a store. On top of that, I actually did have time to shop and leave before closing, but was pressured to leave. If the owner reads these, I hope they are open to this feedback!

They have cleats, custom team wear, and equipment for any sport you can imagine. If they don't have it then they can order it for you. The price is MUCH cheaper than large chains. I prefer them over larger retail sporting good stores because of the personal attention and care that the owner put into. In addition, it is always nice to support small businesses whenever possible. Not walking in with intentions of buying anything I found myself walking out with a nice pair of running shoes. What was nice about this place and really the reason why I am writing a review is the people in the shop were kind enough to toss me a $10 discount on them! I almost wanted to buy a pair of dress shoes too but I will save that for another trip. The store is small in size compared to stores you see in the mall but large in footwear inventory. The workers greet you and assist you with anything you have questions about. If there is something specific that you are looking for and you do not se it they have an abundance of catalogs that you can order from (which is what my friend did in this instance). I would recommend checking this place out before you spend your hard earned money in a big box store. This one goes above and beyond. Has a decent selection of knives (including good ones, not just cheap imports). They have a large airsoft section. They had a lot of MREs and a good selection of camping equipment on display. My only gripe is that I wish they had more real military surplus (radio equipment, inert ordnance, etc) but almost no surplus store actually has that nowadays. Prices seemed decent. Note: my GPS took me to roughly the right place, but you can't see this store from the road. It's in a strip mall called Riverdale Center. If you see the D'Angelo restaurant, it's behind that. Look for the military ambulance parked in the parking lot.
