I'd have to say my first real experience here was back in August 2017 when I tried to make a baby…read moreregistry. Now I say tried because they really didn't have many things to choose from. The clothes, you can get everywhere else, nothing special about them, toys (for babies), limited selection, not many blankets, I think you get the drift. Plus, creating a registry was a bit complicated, as you HAVE to use this big electronic screen that's taller than I myself is. (Which isn't saying much-- I'm only 5'2''). Fast forward to today in July 2018. Came to kill some time today. One thing I like about this store, is how it's ALWAYS so clean. (Not the bathrooms though, those are usually a nightmare....). Had lots of sales, some were better than others. Bought things I didn't actually need, the usual for going into a store. Our cashier was a younger guy, darker skin. Such a nice guy! Engaged with my 10 month old daughter and carried himself respectfully. One thing I would change about this place however, and I'm not sure if other Kohl's have them, would be to place little refrigerators by at least one register with water or sodas for customers to buy. Most places have them, and I thought it a little odd that they didn't. They have candy, so might as well sell something to wash it down with! I think that would do them well.

Took my husband so he could buy some much needed items. First thing he said was "if I was the…read moredistrict manager, a lot of people would be spoken to" The store was in complete disarray, merchandise was all over, Looking at another review from a couple days ago, no one took the hint. Heading to Enfield.

I rate Bananas on their discount area, because I can't afford things at normal price. This one…read morehas a decently sized section, though all the argyle sweaters were size small. So nice overall, but needs more cheap argyle sweaters.

I have shopped here for the past two years. I have always been disappointed with the staff here. Of…read moreall the times I have been there, I have only had one encounter where a salesperson was helpful and kind. Most of my interactions with the staff have been characterized by haughty attitudes and rudeness on their behalf. I have never asked for much beyond whether I could use the dressing room and still have been treated with disregard and most recently, with disrespect. On my last visit, I was being let into the dressing area and was asked if I was a cardholder. I told the salesperson I was. She told me I could get a 40% discount with my card. When I exited the dressing room to purchase my items I was asked again if I was a card holder by the same salesperson. I said I was. She then asked me if I was a recent and current cardholder. I told her I was. She furrowed her brow and asked if I was sure, and if she should "look me up." I told her I was and asked why she had asked me so many times. She walked away and disappeared into the dressing room area. I pulled my card out and headed to the counter to pay for my purchase. Another employee rang up my total and told me that the cardholder discount did not apply when I asked about the discount. I asked for an explanation and did not get one. The salesperson placed my items in the bag and, though I had my hand outstretched to take it from her, decided to toss it toward me on the counter. She did not look me in the eye during our entire interaction and walked off without a thanks or salutation. As I said earlier, I have never had many interactions with the staff when I am there and have never been rude or unkind. I have always had to ask for help instead of the staff asking to help me. I am a local professional, but I am also an Indigenous person and feel as if my appearance may have played a part my interactions with them. I honestly cannot think of any other reason as I have seen different treatment afforded for other customers when I have been there. Needless to say, I will not be back and am sure to spread the word. I do not think their attitudes or actions reflect the best sales practices or the reality of their brand, at all. They have elitist attitudes and are merely a lower, mid-level, retail chain. A smile and some kindness toward those of us who appear to be "other" could only help.
