I didn't end up with many wrinkles (n thx to Laura I may never have any ) but she also uses it to correct my crooked Smile. Not crooked in a charming way just crooked. I have nerve damage on one side so when I smile one side pulls down but not the other. It actually effects my speech I never really knew that until Laura even things out. Went for my one year check up and it went well. Checked in and was taken to the room. Dr. Nassif came right in and asked how I was doing. Then after I did a laser treatment on my face neck and chest to get rid of pigmentations, redness and aging. Laura did the procedure and then after she did some Botox on me. The laser did not hurt and Laura was so great the whole time making sure everything was okay along the way. By the next day I could already see the difference the laser treatment had done. I've been getting Hydrafacial treatments at NassifMD Medical Spa for the past few years now after trying a few different medical spas in the greater LA area. Rachel has been the best aesthetician I've met thus far and the reason I continue to get my treatments here. Her years of experience and knowledge in this industry is shown in her wholistic perspective to skincare - not just what we put on our skin but how our daily habits and schedules play a role. I also really appreciate the fact that she continues to develop her knowledge and skills with workshops and conferences. I have acne-prone skin. With Rachel & NassifMD, I have been able to go from a person who wore full makeup every day because I wasn't confident being seen in my own skin publicly to someone happily going out with barely any on (just a touch of concealer and mascara daily) and feeling like wearing makeup is a choice now. After listening, she explains her game plan for the treatment before diving into a thorough cleanse, extractions, the Hydrafacial treatments, red light therapy, etc. I have also done a few peels to treat discoloration and deep congestion. I did laser couple weeks ago for my face called Halo. I did not get the desired result because Lauren didn't do good job for me,she didn't do strong enough level on machine.I've done Halo laser before and I know that it heals 7 days if its done in a right way.I told Lauren that I was not exaited about results and she even didn't told me she is sorry, instead she was rude to me.She just said if I don't like it I must never use this clinic again.So this was my experience in this clinic.By the way clinic is very beautiful and cozy, I would just hope that the results after treatments would be the same good... but unfortunately:(I will never come back there and I hope they will start to do a good service to people. read more

I want to say thanks to Laura Fischer! An amazing Nurse Practitioner in Dr. Paul Nassif team. She helped me with my skin acne and cleared it in a matter of days something that took months to clear and worsened at times, was gone in less then a week thanks to her and her expertise. Scam and thieves at their aesthetic spa, don't go there !!! Knew Dr Nassif from his TV show, he always seems very serious, and taking his patients with a great sense of care and responsibility. So I make the appointment and I got told that the most amazing "facial injections specialist" is named Colette. I asked to have Dr Nassif instead but they maintained that she is the "specialist" and director of their "Beauty spa" and only she will do it. I trusted the Paul Nassif brand and decided to go with it. Then the joke started. Colette is very nice at first, looks great and pretends she cares to listen to your needs . She gives an automatic speech about lips fillers, and before starting anything on you, ALREADY list you all the defaults in your face that you should improve, and all the adding procedures we could do right away. Of course !!! It's a circus supermarket !!! I think she would have prefered the patients asking 0 questions, bringing a list of procedures with them and the credit card upfront!!!) Rushing you, She performed the lips fillers after i specifically asked her to insert very little amount for a very discreet look and she assured me she would insert the level 2 of Juvederm and not the 3. After the procedure my lips were swollen as it's supposed to be for 2 weeks but never stopped to swell. She never recommended to take Arnica days before, never recommended many things you need to prepare and do while you have the injections, and after 4 weeks of having a TROUT POUT, everything I wanted to avoid, my upper lips and the area under my nose were stiff as concrete it was like I had a concrete moustache/ beak, it was ridiculous, painful, and clearly everyone could tell something was really wrong. I reached out to her and asked questions. She told me to wait more but I knew and everyone saw , it was a real botched job, and I was convinced she injected something way stronger that I asked. I finally came back to the office, showed her and she clearly was very annoyed, not even asking the Dr to come take a look, and.... wait for it.... when I confronted her about something that went really wrong with what she did she told me: " YOUR BODY MUST BE TOO HEALTHY THATS WHY YOU HAD A REACTION TO THE PRODUCT". I thought she was joking !!!! She meant it. Like if drinking daily juices and coconut water would be the cause of the injections gone wrong. And that's not all. When I insisted something was wrong with the fluid retention in the space between my nose and upper lips, she said "IT S NORMAL, the fluid injection can travel all over your face, your cheeks, all over... it depends of patients...." , so basically i just had to pray for the fluid injection to "stop traveling". No doctor speaks this way. This is CLEARLY somebody who shouldn't be responsible of doing something medical, under no supervision. They probably get away with it as complications with those procedures are not common BUT it can still turn ugly and this is the proof that having a "cosmetic specialist", basically a "Sales rep" in charge of your face or body... is a terrible idea and shouldn't be legit. I asked for a refund as i obviously didn't get the results, and worse, I looked like a duck !!!. Within 5 min she told me the only solution I have is to inject the product that dissolves the Juvederm. However this new injection has risks, that she never mentioned, and can kill all the natural collagen in your lips . I tried to ask questions, she just wanted to get over with it and you could clearly see, their only goals is to stay max 5 min with each patients, and moving on to the next. She wanted to charge me to dissolve the botched job, so i would have had paid twice the amount of the lips fillers, having LESS LIPS then when i initially came for. After showing her that I wouldn't accept it that way, she finally accepted to comp it. Dissolved the product in my lips. I ended up by having months of retracted , deflated, super thinner lips then my natural ones. The hard moustache fluid retention remained for months. And I spent 700 or 800$ for the botched job and the ironic and cliché attitude. This is 9 months later and I ONLY start to have my real natural lips back to where they we're doing I found out in the medical report she indeed did inject the level 3 of Juvederm. Seriously ?!!! The least Dr Nassif could have done, is coming to take a look and TALK medically with the patient, and not considering these procedures like getting a JUICE at a Juice bar. Having cosmetics procedures by someone who is NOT a doctor should be strictly forbidden. It is in Europe, guess why !!!! Don't let a nurse or à so called "beauty plastic expert" NOR a spa director inject you anything and pretend "they know". They simply know the basics.
