This guy is amazing. He helped my wife and buy two houses and sell two houses. The first time we used him he had done a ton of research to help us narrow down our house hunt to a few neighborhoods in south Austin. As a result, we found the perfect house for us on the first day we looked. He didn't pressure us at all and was very helpful and polite. Nason was a great realtor for my wife and I. We used him to list our home in Round Rock, and it sold the first weekend it was on the market for $5K more than it appraised for. The fact that he was able to get top dollar without it sitting on the market for weeks was impressive. I like his no-nonsense approach and he has a very structured plan and process to how he runs his business. He doesn't do a lot of the lame stuff like open houses that force you to be gone from your house while your neighbors walk through and look at all of your stuff, but he does sell homes. His photographer and stager did a great job of getting our home looking it's best and provided a wonderful write up with pictures on the MLS. This market is insane and Nason is the only reason I'm not bat-(youknowwhat) crazy. He was introduced to us by a friend and has now been our realtor twice (not that I really wanted to move so often). When we lived in South Austin, he technically sold our house before it was even on the market. He didn't even use one of those "coming soon" signs, he just knew people who wanted to move. And we got what we wanted money-wise. Buying a house was great.
