I ordered the Super Red Burrito, which was excellent. The red sauce had a little kick--maybe slightly spicy, but nothing too much, and very enjoyable. The shrimp tacos were a good size with plenty of filling, and the two carne asada super tacos were big, stuffed, and well worth the price. I also got a kids shredded chicken quesadilla with fries, and even that was fresh and well made. Every item tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The staff was very nice, and they have a wide variety at the salsa bar--especially the extra spicy green sauce, which is a must-get if you like heat. Overall, I still believe this is the number one taqueria in Lathrop. Highly recommend, especially for to-go orders.

Everything held together with a hard cheese pull and garlic herb seasoning. Something as simple as a grilled cheese if often made horribly. I can't praise this one enough! Garlic tatter tots were crispy, covered in garlic aioli, garlic bits and parsley. My family stopped eating what they got and went in on them! Lemonade is my vice. Every time I see lemonade on the menu it's mandatory and I'm glad I went for it. Perfect! Tart, fresh lemon and just the right sweetness! If you're reading this and are a fan of grilled cheese. Stop. Something about that location, Mexican restaurants just don't survive there for some reason. Anyways, they are posting their truck right outside of the restaurant for now. It's taco Tuesday so I had to give them a shot. I ordered: 1 pastor, 1 carnitas, 1 asada tacos. 1 side order rice and beans. The carnitas seemed like it wasn't cooked right. Don't get me wrong it was tender and kinda juice but that's not what I think of when I eat carnitas. The pastor had no crisp to it like I'm used to as well. The asada was pretty standard, nothing standout special. Beans were good but unfortunately the rice was kind of under done OR old. Some of the rice was pretty hard. I'm hoping that they perform much better when they open their sit-down restaurant.
