This is an efficient shop run by an honest, competent mechanic. No appointment. First come first…read moreserve. No chitchat, to the point style communication. I called the day before about the engine problem. Boss gave a decent estimate. I showed up the next morning and saw him in the parking lot. He checked the car right away, ordered the parts and told me to wait inside. They started working on the car, took apart the engine cover and showed me the old parts, and the new parts to be put in before wrapping up. The whole thing was done in an hour, much quicker than the book labor rate. The car was left running for another 30-40 mins to let the sealant cured. Boss didn't explain that. He just said it was not ready. Boss is super busy running in & out, inspect incoming vehicles, talking to customers in person, follow up on repairs by the team, ordering parts and answering messages and inquiries, doing cashiering, writing receipts. I can see why he can't do all that all the time but he is pretty close to Mr. Do it all. Most people would be overwhelmed in his shoes, but he is pretty calm the whole time. I can easily give 5 stars for the value and quality of work it provides.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but if it saves someone from making the same mistake I did, I…read morefeel obligated to do so. I would STRONGLY recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere. Any shop that offers a 10% discount in exchange for a positive review should, in my opinion, be approached with caution. My experience with this shop was far from positive. A truck that had 250,000 miles on it and was showing signs that should have raised some serious questions about a failing head gasket. Instead, I was led through a series of costly repairs that basically treated the symptoms instead of finding the actual problem. Those repairs ultimately failed within a few weeks. They also installed what I believe were cheap aftermarket parts, including the wrong front struts. When I brought it to their attention, instead of taking responsibility and replacing them, they wanted to charge me to install a lift on the rear of the truck to compensate for the front end sitting higher than the rear. WTF? Another big concern was the price and quality of the parts. When I asked about the brand of the parts they were installing, which seemed they were hesitant to reveal, I was surprised to find what appeared to be nearly a 100% markup compared with retail prices. Their invoices also don't identify the brand or manufacturer of the parts, so you really don't know what you're paying for. In my experience, the parts were marked up an unreasonable amount, especially considering the quality. Looking back, I feel like the focus was more on getting me to authorize additional repairs rather than properly figuring out what was actually wrong with the truck, knowing Id probably just cut my losses if I had been told the truth about the head gasket from the beginning. I originally brought my truck here because I was trying to avoid dealership prices. Unfortunately, when I finally took it to the dealership, that's when I learned what was actually wrong with the truck, which was in fact the head gasket and the wrong struts installed. The dealership also asked me if I had ever used a quick sealant in my engine because of the sludge they found in the radiator overflow, the radiator that auto clinique just replaced. I don't have proof, but definitely raised even more concerns about the shop practices. I was so hopeful that I had found an honest shop, but sadly, I'd have to say they are far from it. And Ray, I'm not interested in you telling me how you offer a year warranty on your parts and repairs. Thank you

I found this place by chance while in a time crunch, and I was so lucky I found this kens brake an alignment shop. Ricky (I believe that was his name- I'm terrible with names) immediately fit me in, acknowledging that I was on a time crunch. While he was busy and had upcoming appointments, he got my vehicle to where it was much better to give me peace of mind for the short term, and I came back in the next day to get the alignment dialed in as well as grease up my new ball joints and tie rods. He did a phenomenal job, and I will undoubtedly come back to this shop for any automotive services I may need in the future.
