Narrow Path is a gem in the Hill Country that is both elegant and serves up some quashable wine. The four of is all did the Spring wine tasting: the 2022 Marsanne was our favorite white, while the 2020 Summit Trail Red (50/50 Cab/Syrah) was our favorite red. Great staff with wonderful stories to share as they walked us through each wine. The bubbles we sampled after were outstanding! The cost for sampling 6 wines was an absurdly low $25 and whether you sit inside or outside, there is A/C and shade everywhere. As I said, the vibe and atmosphere are elegant--gardens, trees, flowers, and the vines themselves are all in view as you sit either in a new building, out on the wrap-around porch, or in one of the open cabanas, and this is a place I don't want to leave as we go to hit other Texas vineyards. We'll be back.

This winery is beautiful inside and out. The outdoor patio sitting areas are comfortable and relaxing. Staring at the vines and watching all the birds and insects around the patio was just relaxing. Maggie the black dog was friendly and kept us company. It's off the beaten path so you don't hear the freeway noise. A must visit winery when heading to Fredericksburg. The staff was super Friendly! We will definitely come back! Another plus was we got to chat with the owner Bob and he educated my husband on growing grape vines which he really enjoyed!

Y'all. BJ is the most fun. He's got jokes and amazing wine. What more could you ask for? Dogs? There are 3. This place is gorgeous, friendly, and I didn't try a wine I didn't like (and that's saying something). Give them some love

Narrow Path is a hidden gem. Off the main wine trail on 290, you can escape the big bus bachelorette parties and sit down to enjoy a fabulous glass of wine and delicious snacks . I must admit, I came for the wine and kept coming back for the baked Brie and the amazing outdoor seating overlooking the vineyard. After visiting 4 or 5 times we finally became members and look forward to returning often! Bonus: bathrooms are always clean!!

This was our favorite winery of the whole tour! Very relaxed vibe and the owner is above and beyond friendly and helpful! They also have 2 adorable winery dogs there!

I was referred to this winery and the wine here certainly delivered. My family and I went with the $15 sampler (meant to be for 5 wines but our server let us taste all the wine on the list) Our wine server was extremely friendly and told us a lot of the wine we were drinking. Every wine we had was very delicious! My personal favorites were the Dreamchaser Blanc and Dreamchaser (Merlot), both of which were reasonably sweet but also fragrant and floral. We ended up buying a few bottles (which also allowed us to comp 2 of our samplings!). Regarding the overall ambience, the winery is beautiful, even in winter when the trees have lost color. While Narrow Path also has a tasting room in downtown Fredericksburg, I would highly suggest going to their actual winery where the tasting room gives you both the comfort of home and the classiness of a lounge. I would love to go when the weather is nicer to take advantage of their plethora of outdoor seating. I certainly plan on going here again!

Current tasting menu- they were out last dream chaser when we visited

Narrow path is amazing! We were greeted by Bill as we were walking in, and Paloma was so friendly, fun, and helpful for our group of 9. The winery is beautiful inside and out, with seating options inside and outside. They offer a chartreuse board or bread, but allowed us to bring in outside snacks. Unfortunately they were out of the dream chaser wine, and expect it back in around the holidays, but the rest of the wines were all delicious.we started with the wine tasting, then moved out group outside and split a couple of bottles. Between the friendly service, relaxed atmosphere, and delicious wines, this is my favorite winery I've been to in the area. We will for sure be back.

    Beautiful doggo

Emory peak and the amazing view!

Amazing views and great wine. The entire team was friendly and welcoming, including Maggie the dog! Would highly recommend!

What a gorgeous vineyard! This was our first stop of the day. We decided to share a bottle of the Freestone GSM. We really enjoyed it. Wished the weather was a little better so we could sit outside. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Cannot wait to come back.

Amazing wine and a beautiful venue with great service.

Great service with beautiful views but most of the red wine had tastes of vinegar notes even when fresh bottles were open.

The new tasting room on Main and Adam's is located two doors down from Martini's Seafood or across from Market Platz on Adam's Street. Andy, Elena, and Michael picked a perfect location. I am able to get a glass to go while waiting on my reservation at Martini's or carry it with me as I tour the various events at Market Plazt. The downtown location has the same vibe as the Stonewall location with a twist. At AVonA you will be able to select from 16 wines from the automated wine dispensery. Each wine is kept at the perfect temperature. EVEN BETTER, is you can select from a variety of 3 different pours. A tasting pour (1.5 oz), glass (5 oz), and a TEXAS Glass (7.5oz). options. Most of the wines you find at the Stonewall location will be available at the tasting room downtown, however I am told that as the bottle new wines and some vintages may only be available at the Stonewall location. If you want to relax and purchase a bottle, that's an option as well. I absolutely LOVE the new location. Having late night hours on the weekends is HUGE for me and those who are looking for a late night location that offers 100% Texas wines. That is one of my favorite things about Adega Vinho. They are 100% Texas and unapologetic. They proudly support Texas Grape Growers but more importantly, they produce excellent wines.

He knows his wines and when I saw him, I knew we had found a great winery. The vibe is exactly what we were looking for on a Friday afternoon after a half day of work. Comfortable. Chill. Food truck with thin crust pizza and the most AMAZING truffle risotto. And good wine. All the wines were solid and indicative of well crafted Mediterranean (aka Texas) varietals. Some were fun, some were serious but all worth a try. Our favs were the Tannat and Semillion, but we'll be back when their Touriga's start getting released. (Hopefully later this year). I've seen so many good reviews on them, I can't wait to try them!

They apparently revamped the entire space and looks modernized. We came here for tasting first, like their other locations, you're allowed to taste up to four of their wines of your choosing. They have a mix of Texas and California grown wines that are processed in their facility. Eve was our tasting ambassador and she did a great job going through each wine and going through the recent changes in their premium memberships. They also have a restaurant on site that only take walk-ins for members only. Their outdoor patio space was also really, really nice with a view of their vineyards. We were disappointed they were out of some of their appetizers but we made do with the options they had available. All their food was great but their ahi tuna wontons were bomb in particular. This is their only kid-friendly and dog friendly location so we'll consider bringing our dog next time.
