We started with the rosé, which was my personal favorite, followed by a Chardonnay, field blend, Tempranillo, Syrah, and finished with a Cabernet. While I preferred their reds, none of the wines were bad. The staff was super knowledgeable, giving us detailed information about each wine, which originally hails from Washington State. They also mentioned their plans to produce wine here in Texas in the future, which I commend as a big fan of local products. The live music and modern aesthetics really made for a lovely day, and I would definitely make this a regular stop on my way out to Fredericksburg.
