It's family owned and operated which comes with the special personal touch with regards to customer service. The food is AMAZING. Ingredients are fresh, the portion size is just right and the meat is so tender! The rice is probably my favorite here and if I lived here, I'd get takeaway at least 3-4 times a week. They are reasonably priced which makes cooking at home a waste--just go here because it's the same as a home cooked meal :) I take 3 trains from South Kensington during my stay in London every time I visit just to eat here. Always worth the trip!!
