    Lobster Ravioli
    Jon G.

First and foremost, the takeout process was easy and friendly. I ordered a Steak Salad and Lobster Ravioli. No problem with the accuracy of my order when I picked it up. The steak salad was excellent. The steak was cooked exactly how I like it. The lobster ravioli contained 5 large ravioli. However it did not seem to contain much lobster. In addition, there was only two small pieces of asparagus and 3 small heirloom tomatoes included. Did not seem like a complete meal for the price. The bread and dipping oil included was very good also.

This was my first visit to Narcisi. The server was very sweet and attentive. I did not like that they only served their bottled wine and a few beers, but I guess that is to be expected at a winery. The bread and oil was incredible, I bought a bottle just to bring home. We had the spinach dip too, it was very good. The spicy shrimp pasta was good, but nothing that knocked my socks off. The price point is great for a winery.

My cousins and I met at Narcisi for dinner on a Friday evening. We booked a reservation a few weeks prior. I hadn't been to Narcisi in probably 10 years, so it has changed a bit since the last time I visited. There was ample parking so that was not an issue. Once inside, we were seated right away. We were greeted with complimentary fresh bread and dipping oil. Omg the bread and oil combo is amazing. Narcisi absolutely nailed it with that. For food, I ordered the cucumber caprese salad and the pepperoni and banana peppers pizza. I also ordered dessert and had the Italian lemon crème cake. Honestly, everything I ate was amazing. I have no complaints. Our service was also very good. The restaurant kind of reminds me of 90s/00s Tuscan decor vibes but still very cozy. Great experience from start to finish!

A great spot that keeps getting better and growing as each year goes by. 10/10 recommend going to sit outside when the weather permits for live music, food, beer, and wine!

We love Narcisi! A beautiful fall day for live music. We always start with a wine tasting before selecting our bottle to share outside. A perfect Saturday spent!

Narcissi never disappoints!! Reasonably priced food and drinks. Beautiful view. Sitting outside and enjoying music with friends and family (bring your own chairs and blankets). Ideal weekend getaway outside the city. Only negative is the parking situation.

I love Narcisi, especially in the summer time! They have a great outdoor section with a beer garden, a wine bar, and plenty of seating, whether it be on the lawn, picnic tables, or at the outdoor bar. I think their wines are really good, compared to other PA-made wines. They are on the sweeter side but they do have a great dry selection. My personal favorite is the Rosabella - a dry, white blend. In the warmer months, I enjoy their peach and black raspberry wine slushies. Recently, I dined inside and had the wild mushroom pasta which was delish! The sauce was creamy, garlicky, and had tons of mushrooms. The bread that they serve is to die for! I've had a lot of the items on their menu and their pizzas are my favorite. Overall, Narcisi is a great spot in the North Hills! Love going there with groups and date night!

This was a super fun Sunday afternoon spot. There was a ton of outdoor seating, ranging from cute nooks under awnings to large benches for bigger groups. You could sit on terraces or by a creek. There was also an indoor restaurant, but on Sunday, you cannot take indoor food outside. Overall, the vibes were great on this slow sunny afternoon. Outside, there were 2 bars with food, one that had pizzas, and another with sandwiches, salads, and bites. I got a Philly cheesesteak, and I didn't expect much for it being bar food at a winery, but it was tastier than I expected. I didn't end up getting traditional wine, but there was a wide selection of course. I was more excited by my black raspberry frozen wine. It tasted just like crushed nerds and was so delicious. Maybe not a traditional choice, but there's something for everyone! Another shoutout for the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and made great conversation. The folks at the bars provided great recommendations.

Love hosting events here: they did wonderful job catering our bridal shower. Stood was really tasty.

My husband and I love Narcisi.. we go there for most special occasions and just went last night for our anniversary. Our favorite meals are the chicken gnocchi and the veal diavolo (or maybe it's diablo?). The gnocchi is stuffed with ricotta and served with chicken and spinach and a basil cream sauce which is so decadent. The veal dish is breaded and fried and served over spaghetti with a roasted red pepper sauce that also has banana peppers in it. It's also a hefty portion of veal which is good for my husband. The free bread and tomato oil for the table is always nice too. The wines are so inexpensive - it's awesome to get a bottle of wine with our meal for under $20. The outdoor spaces are excellent for large groups and we plan to go back with our dog and our friends with kids as there is a huge lawn to hang out on in addition to the beer garden and the wine/pizza bar.

Bottle of their Moscato in a bucket of ice

Went for a Thursday brunch. First timers and we're not disappointed. The day was beautiful with a warm slight breeze so we sat outside. Waiter came right over and brought water and bread with oil dipping sauce, took our orders (eggplant parmigiana on top of spaghetti, and grilled salmon on rice with a side salad (walnut vinaigrette dressing). Then we ordered 2 glasses of their Moscato (but the waiter suggested we order a bottle for $6.00 more). Glad we did. The grilled salmon was grilled to perfection and the entree was well worth it. The eggplant parmigiana was good, but nothing to Bragg about. Bread and dipping sauce was actually better than expected. Service was exceptional and very pleasant. After brunch we walked the grounds and went to see the wine tasting facility (we didn't do any tasting), but the wine pourer was very pleasant and made our experience very comfortable. We have already made plans to return with a bigger party. Total with tip $120.00 (we left a bigger tip than normal).

Had lunch and did a wine tasting with my Mom. We loved the esthetics, food, service, and the wine. The restaurant was amazing and I was impressed by the menu. They had a wine slushy so I knew it was uphill from there. The dipping sauce for the bread was delicious and they sell it. I don't think my waistline appreciates that but I certainly do. This place is great for any occasion. I can buy the wine close to home but I will definitely visit the restaurant and taste room again.

Are dogs welcome in their outdoor area?

    Yes they are.

Do they offer a child's menu?

    yes

Having been to Napa's wine country and tasting their fabulous cabs, is their reds that great?

Their reds tend to be on the sweeter side so not similar to the taste of the dry Napa wines. However, they are still delicious!

We were warmly greeted by Todd and Gina, the owners, who couldn't have been friendlier. Todd told us all about their wines, including the awards they've won, especially in California, and generously offered us the chance to try any of the wines at no cost. We started with the Gruner Veltliner, a bright, citrusy, and crisp wine. It was extremely dry compared to other Gruners we've had, which are usually more fruit-forward, but it was still quite enjoyable. Next, we tried the Riesling, which was also very good. My wife moved over to the semi-sweet side and tried the Traminette, which I eventually sampled after trying all the dry wines. We both really liked it. I then tried the Cabernet Franc, which was a medium-bodied wine with notes of raspberry, blueberry, and a light mocha oakiness--delicious! The Chambourcin was also quite good, without the typical bite or tartness. Lastly, the Flagship Red, a classic Bordeaux-style dry red, had a pleasant hint of pepper and was definitely a standout. Todd shared that they exclusively offer wines from Stony Run Vineyards in Breinigsville, PA, which has a wide selection. They're also planning to offer Old Fashioneds soon, as their winery includes a distillery, and they'll be featuring a "drink of the week" as well. What really sets this place apart, though, is Todd and Gina themselves. They're genuinely kind people who are dedicated to the community, and it was heartwarming to learn that they both served in the US Military--Todd in the Navy and Gina in the Air Force. We're already looking forward to our next visit when we're in the area again. Don't forget to thank them for their service when you stop by!

The room was empty besides 5 or so senior ladies who had no wine anywhere to be seen, so we weren't sure what was going on. We walked back to the pizza counter and the man we walked by when we first came in was nowhere to be seen, but another man had just walked in. He asked if we had been helped and we said no, we were trying to go to the winery. He told us to just head over there and he'd be right there. We go back into the winery and he comes behind the counter and kinda just stares at us and then we ask if they do tastings and he said "yes" and just stares again. We had thought he would elaborate, but he did not, so we asked how the tastings work, how many do you get to taste, etc. He says "I don't know, like 3 or 4." He does not offer up any suggestions or tasting notes, no background on the winery, etc. We each picked 3 wines to try and then asked to buy a bottle. All of the wines were actually really good and we settled on the Catawba to sip while we read next to each other. After about 10 minutes, the senior ladies all leave and the man who helped us went to go sit in the dining area of the pizza side to watch tv. It was just a weird atmosphere and no one was very friendly. The longer we were there, the more staff we kept hearing and seeing on the pizza side, but there was never any customers coming in until around the time we finally left. Since I did enjoy the wines, I would be inclined to pick up some bottles if I ever came across them. However, I wouldn't come back into the winery for them.
