I've been using this company for a little over a year. They were really good at first. Several…read moremonths ago, their office person, Jennifer, either left or was fired and replaced by an AI service. Since then, there has been no consistent communication (messages and emails unanswered) and appointments were changed without notice. My last service was supposed to have been a week ago today, but they didn't come, and the client portal no longer has upcoming appointments listed (like the other reviewer). I am beginning to think they are shutting down and not telling their customers. Regardless, it's poor business practice. I have also had more issues with my sprinkler heads than I ever did with any other landscaper, and they have been watering unevenly and sections of grass are dead. Looking for a new company this weekend.

The electric company indicated to us a few months ago there may be a problem, but we had trusted that our lawncare people would have been doing the job we pay them to do and let us know. We never noticed because it runs while we're working, which is why we were paying them to do it. So our water bill goes up and the electric company had to dig up several pushes to fix the water damage. They also misidentified and overwatered several of our trees, killing three. One of their own employees confirmed what happened, but the trees were never removed, replaced, or otherwise addressed. So yet again, another cost incurred to us with not even an attempt to resolve it from the company. We also noticed our sprinkler heads were not going down for a few weeks, and had not had the chance to follow up. Turns out they were spraying over the wall into our neighbors yard. At the very least, when they mowed the lawn, why was it never mentioned that the sprinkler heads were always raised? On top of that, services we paid for were not consistently completed, including pet-waste removal. Appointments were changed without notice, and one appointment was marked as passed even though nobody showed up or contacted us. I attempted to call, but their automated system kept hanging up instead of transferring me. I sent an email saying we were unhappy and would like to get these issues resolved, but, even after following up, no response. Instead, they canceled all future appointments without speaking to us or attempting to fix anything. Completely unprofessional and unwilling to take responsibility for the damage they caused. EDIT: We have now also discovered that our sprinkler valve controls are damaged and unusable, requiring approximately $150 in replacement costs. Because this damage was not disclosed during their service visits - and given the other maintenance issues we experienced - we are left questioning whether it occurred during their work or whether they failed to identify and report it.

I had to ask him to start early because my previous company had a truck breakdown and did not show up for my scheduled service. He made accommodations to get out early to help me out and brought his team. He went over what I wanted once again and I left for work. Hired them to install turf and pavers. To hold pavers in place, they slapped down concrete in my…read moreyard, covering several sprinklers and killing portions of my yard. The concrete fractured within a few months and the pavers started moving. I contacted them about the issues and they promised they would come fix it several times, bur never did. They then started ignoring my messages and I had to hire another contractor to fix the problems they caused.
