Plus, had to get HOA approval for a pergola - never fun, but finally got through that. Second contact was Ali toward the end with the irrigation and plants. Easy to deal with. Once the contract was signed, they indicated 2-3 weeks to begin, and that was accurate. Supply delivery began about five days prior to commencing work. The initial crew wasted no time getting to work. They kept the premises clean. Everyone professional. Quality: All I can say, is so far so good! Nice paver work, Pergola looks great. On top of that, he left behind a tangled mess of wires, saying he didn't understand how to reconnect my TV. He also failed to follow up as promised and has not taken responsibility for the mistakes or made any effort to correct them.
