He stated that he would fix the car and have it painted. After calling him at least 12 times the car was returned to me in the beginning of June covered in bird poop and filthy inside with a spray paint job from a can. After the equinox was examined by the Genesis Chevy dealership, they gave me a diagnostic with all of the issues wrong which is posted in review . At this point, my posts about the terrible service are affecting Kouder's business ,so he called me today and threatened to come by my house and hurt me if I don't stop. Please don't deal with this dishonest man, as now I have to file a police report and sue him.

He noticed the car was a rough ride, and needed some work. While my husband was at work my father met with a longtime friend who referred my father to Pride Auto Repair. He stopped in with no appointment, and asked if thy could help, and how long would it take. Their Sterling Heights location was busy, but they old my dad about their new shop in Clinton township having openings. My dad headed over and was quickly helped with not only service but fast and knowledgeable service. While my dad was waiting my dad was going to call an uber as he was just visiting and didn't have another ride. Jason the manager contacted another employee to drive my father home until service was complete! What top tier service, talk about going above and beyond. Jason talked to us honestly about their work, what we should look for in the future in regards to our specific vehicle, and per Jason "I treat others the way I'd want my own children treated if they went in for help with their vehicles" I'd truly say it's the family service. My Cadillac SRX 2012 did not start one cold morning a few months ago so I called J&A and the lady who answered was very nice and told me to get it towed over to them and they would take a look. They told me it would take about 2 days because of all the issues people were having due to the weather. The very next day, they called and let me know that it wasn't the battery, and the engine wasn't flooded etc. They ran through all the stuff diagnosed and how they fixed the issue. I really appreciated that they spent the time to explain all steps they took from A to Z in order to resolve the problem. In addition, my fuel was pretty low and they filled it up halfway so I didn't have to worry about running to the gas station after picking it up. Overall, my experience was great and I felt they were really honest- especially with detailing the steps they took and how they charged me. From what I understand, they are a family owned business. The next morning, I dropped off the truck early in the morning telling Rocco what I had observed, he told me his team would be able to look at the truck that day and offer a synopsis and costing for repair. Later that same day he called and told me that there really wasn't a problem that a seal "weeped", but it wasn't a big problem at this point in time. I just needed to watch the oil level. This was my fourth time taking my vehicles to their repair shop and the consistency of being honest with the work and timing is reliable.
