I'm so disappointed with this establishment. I've been coming here for about a year, and I haven't had many issues. However, my most recent experience was hands down the worst service I've ever had at any car repair shop. For context, the reason my car was in the shop was because the battery died, and I needed general routine maintenance. I had to call AAA to tow it to the repair shop. Since I had a full work week, I didn't have time to follow the tow and visit the shop in person, so I made the appointment online and checked the option that specified that my car would be dropped off there. Up until then, everything was fine. My car was ready in a few days, so since I had some free time that morning, I went to pay for the repairs and pick up.
However, the reason I'm so upset and why I felt compelled to write this review was because I was forced to wait for, I kid you not, an hour and a half. Mind you, the car was already repaired and paid for. The technician who worked on it sent me to the cashier to check me out, then the cashier told me to wait at the benches outside of the showroom for my technician to pull up my car hand me my keys. So I waited, and waited, and waited, all the while dozens of other people who were there after me got serviced and sent out. I was so frustrated! This showed me how woefully unorganized this repair shop is when it comes to cases like me where I couldn't go through the whole process of dropping my car off and getting it serviced in person. Not once did my technician, or any technician, check up on me or wonder why I was sitting on the bench without being helped for over an hour. It's like they completely forgot about my existence as soon as I paid them, which is messed up because it was MY CAR that they had!
When I finally got fed up, I confronted the cashier because my technician, who, mind you, WAS THE LAST PERSON WHO HAD MY CAR KEYS, was just gone. I don't know if he was sent to help someone else or went on a lunch break. Either way, it was rude to leave a client that he didn't finish the whole send-off process with behind. The cashier had to get a different technician to find and bring me my car and keys.
My advice is if you need to tow your car to the repair shop, either have someone drive you there to follow the truck or take an Uber and make your appointment in person. Make the technician familiar with your face, name, and voice so they remember that you exist. More importantly, don't pay them until they either present your keys to you or acknowledge that they have your car ready to be pulled up. This dealership clearly treats online appointments as an afterthought. Why bother having a website at all if you're not gonna pay attention to it? Please be more attentive to ALL of your clients so you don't cause them to waste most of their day. read more
