The price was very reasonable as the condo we allowed a relative to stay in needed a deep cleaning. Franceska texted me when she was on her way and showed up right on time. Franceska was great to work with she came to the office to give a estimate and was right on time. She was pleasant, easy to talk to, kind and gracious. Franceska cleaned our office on Friday and because of Covid it was not done in awhile so it was way passed due. Our whole office felt clean and smelled awesome. We will be working with her every other week now and I would highly recommend her. Franceska cleaned 4 offices upstairs, 3 offices downstairs, conference room, Kitchen and 2 bathroom. She started promptly at 10am and was finished before 2pm. She was fast efficient and all around awesome to work with. Her communication was top notch customer service. Françeska did an amazing job! When she came over to give me a quote both my husband and I got really good vibes from her, and our vibes were right! She cleaned our 4 bed 2 bath home fabulously. We have furry pups so dust and hair was a big concern of mine and she handled it great! I asked her to use some of my specific cleaning products and extra care in my daughters nursery and she had no problems! It feels so good to be here soaking up our clean home, no better feeling! They were here on time and did an ok job. They have their routine, I needed them after a master bath renovation and they had a hard time adjusting to our needs. Sir, cabinets are not included... More focused on "fast" than "clean". Windows weren't clean and ceiling fans got forgotten. Listen to your customer would go a long way... read more

I contacted Naples Pure Cleaning with a view to have them undertake some carpet cleaning for me. I live in UK so it is always difficult to find somebody you can trust to do work in your house when you are not there to discuss your needs and to supervise them. I dealt with Franceska whom I believe to be the owner. Franceska was quick to respond and our dialogue assured me that her company could do a good job for me. Her price for the work was good. Most importantly, her communication was excellent. We co-ordinated her visit with my homewatch company. Franceska arrived promptly, contacted me to say she was there and sent me a series of photographs so I was able to see the work in progress. I found this very reassuring. Whilst she was there I arranged with her to undertake further work and the price she quoted for the extra work was good and has since been completed. When Franceska left I had my homewatch company check the work and they reported that she had done an excellent job.
