Very stressed with this discovery I knew I needed help and I called Nancy to come to my rescue. She is professional, patient and kind which is just what I needed to keep me from going crazy. She gently walked me through the process that she uses and then we began removing everything that I had previously stuffed into my new cabinets which looked crowed. She began moving things into the right location basing it on my daily use making things easily accessible and convenient. She consulted with me the whole way through just to be sure that the zones and locations were comfortable for me. When she was done not only did she organized my Kitchen and Bathroom, but I got an unexpected bonus! She gave me space in my cabinets to allow for growth--yea! It's such a pleasure to open my cabinets and be able to see everything neatly placed and still have space!! I am stress free now and loving the flow of things. I have used Nancy several times before because I am always very satisfied with the results of her work. I will definitely hire her back to organize my master bedroom closet. Thank you Nancy for creating miracles!

Finished months after promised. Extremely expensive, poor quality and poor communication. Incompetent employees across multiple departments, who failed to inspect, multiple times, and detect multiple quality defects. General manager Rick, shockingly operates from a place of reactiveness vs proactiveness, not addressing, much less actually finding solutions to the mutiple problems, resulting in months of delays, compounding the probles and customer unhappiness. Salesperson Beth, took zero responsibilitiy after the sale, and completely stoppped communicating. Can't say enough bad things about my business experience with this company and their employees. Overpriced, over-promised and WAY underdelivered. BUYER BEWARE: When the manager, Rick, finally did discount my final payment, at the very end nonetheless, he appeared to offer a quid pro quo discount, in the same email, asking me to take down my negative reviews. Most shockingly, immediately stating 'why would I take an honest and truthful review', I received a threatening, seemingly retaliatory email, a violation of the consumer protection act and Florida law. If this is a regular practice, coercion, intimidation and retaliatory business practices, it explains why you don't see negative reviews for their company.
