so i ordered 5 slices of pizza one cheese fry and one regular fries one nachos cheese. everything changed after i asked for cheese on the side for the nachos because i dont oije saggy chips. i was told 1.50 for the cup so i got surprised immediately and thought this was not correct i explained i can pay that but makes no sense as im not asking for extra. the cashier immediately looked offended and roll her eyes i realize she got upset i apologize and said us nothing against you is just doesnt make sense and immediately her attitude change and customer service. she talked to her uncle in the back while they where preparing my food. she gave me my food i apologize again explaining i didbt mean to upset her she ignore me i told ger you know when someone apologize to me i aporeciate that if i felt offended again i didnt nean to offend you me being kind she said she didnt care i told her i do because i order here often and im a kind customer. i explain im in alot of pain due to a concussion and if i seeim to straight forward i dont mean to offend her she didnt care and looked at ger uncle after. i got home realize my slices are cold and my cheese fries smell like burn cheese and my fries where burned mind you it was not busy my sister is pregnant trowing up rn and i have a stomach ache. i being a customer for about 20 plus years since i was a child i will call but shes the only one in charge with her uncle and another cook. worst experience just for upsetting the cashier due to saying the extra price for the cup on the side was not right and mind you i even apologized because she got angry. to the owner please contact me i want my money back as we where serve burn fries and cheese and also cold pizza! usually this place is my favorite place but today i had the worst meal from here all my family and friends come here as well seriously taking something so personal because i ask for cheese on the side now my stomach and head hurts more burn cheese is soo messed up smells so bad!!!! im disappointed naples pizza. read more

Love the crust, love the fact that they do not clump sausage or pepperoni on their pizza. Cheese tastes like CHEESE! Crust just right. This pizza reminds me of New York style. Not many south side neighborhood places for pizza left. Most have gone by the wayside. Pizza Castle in Gage Park at least as good as Naples - both I think actually been around as long. Been here a few times, as long as they stay consistent we'll keep ordering from here. Consistency lately has been an issue lately from our usual places. There is nothing fancy about this place, it is really basic and best to pick up. You will find a few places to sit, reminds be of Jack in the Box but only a quarter of the size. In addition to being able to order a whole pizza they have slices and the usual fast food choices. I've only had the pizza, thin crust, thank you very much. Unlike some of the other reviews my pizzas have been consistently very good with the right amount of toppings and sauce, I even noticed tonight how the crust and the bottom of the pizza was nicely toasted brown without the cheese being burnt. We also appreciate that the cheese and the sausage don't taste overly salty, when this happens you can't taste anything but salt. Is this the best pizza I've ever had? Well no, that goes out to John's of Bleecker Street in NYC, however that is a bit far as a regular pick up. I will say Naples puts together an enjoyable pizza at a price that is very reasonable. Time will tell how long this relationship will last, as long as I get what is expected, I'll keep returning. read more

Great small place to stop into for a quick lunch. The staff here is extremely friendly and that makes this place worth coming back to by itself. Having slices available makes this an easy choice for lunch, but the pizza itself was not anything special. It was good, just nothing special. We've been coming to this pizza place for over 10 years. I've been to many pizzerias in the suburbs in downtown and no one can beat them. The crust is always cooked to perfection! The sauce is amazing! Not sweet and not at all bland. The delivery is always on time. Recently we moved but we still order from them and pick up at their location. Small family owned. The staff is nice, they greet you with smiles and if you are a regular they know what you are going to order. I like that they have flan which I always get when we got eat at their location. I was in charge of ordering food for a group of 40 for three different occasions and Naples has been very helpful in helping me choose what to get. My go to place when Im hungry (which is always). Their pizza is amazing. I always get the jalapeño and sausage jumbo. I just cant get enough. A huge surprise was when I saw they had cheese sticks (Mozarella) I got an order to try them and let me tell you, they are perfectly cooked, the sticks are so cheesy. They included the Marinara sauce as well. Nice and hot, one bite and the juice pours out. Yummy!! Now back to the pizza, Amazing. Nice and saucy!! The prices are great. I have ordered from this naples before and I haven't had a problem until now. I called and placed my order, never received a phone call an hour later. I called back.... Only to find out that they will not deliver to my house, (yet they have multiple times, even in the last month). The guy was rude and in the background telling the woman, he said that if they even were to deliver it would be another hour. I am completely and utterly applaud. Especially since my kids waited an hour later to eat. This is extremely poor service, if you don't speak Spanish you better pray you get the younger girl that speaks English. I also am bothered by the fact that he didn't think I understood Spanish and kept talking in the background after that I wouldn't get my food until late saying rude comments. I will honestly never even eat there again. I dont know about you but when you order an Italian beef dry and it get to your house wet and you dont get the cup of cheese you ordered...its frustrating! For me a wet beef is nasty and i cannot eat it! No sense of calling and complaining because its not like they will fix it.
