I have been asking for updates and have had no response. Even calling Monster myself. I finally picked up my truck on June 27th. The manager said that they were going out of business. Not only did they stop what they were working on to fit me in that afternoon, they diagnosed the problem quickly, got the parts the very next morning and the bus was ready for me by noon the next day. Along with the brakes working very well again, they inspected the whole vehicle to make certain it was worthy for the trip. Filled air pressure in all 6 tires, topped off windshield fluid, added a half quart of synthetic oil in the generator to top that off and fixed the factory radio that Camping World in Tampa told me was dead after they had it 15 months for repairs! Called about a slide on my Winnebago that was not working waited three days for his wife to call…read moreback then waited another week for him to show up and without ever getting under the rig told me I needed two new motors, I ordered the motors and waited another nine days for him and his crew to show up. It was very clear to me that neither one of his helpers knew what they were doing. One even asked Tom what is a-cotter Pin? even after the motors were installed the slide work worse than before. He told me he would call the company and get back to me. I waited 11 days for the call then I called the manufacturer myself and within 45 minutes I was able to program level and repair the slide myself, also was told by the manufacturer the motors were probably not bad. I found time to be very rude and uncaring about such a huge mistake. Avoid this one at all cost!
