Stole money from us. Wrote their own tip on the bill that we did not leave. Gave us a run around for over a week about it. Said they would take it off the next order... next time we went to order tried saying we have to get it from the owner directly in person. Tripped about me open carrying and said i had to leave the building. Foods not even worth the hassle. If i could give it 0 stars i would. Absolutely terrible. We work in a hospital and have ordered and received deliveries and they have been correct but this time not even close. Order was placed online and comments were added however they were not captured when the order was submitted. Called and we were told it was not their fault and nothing could be done because the ticket didn't capture the comments. Why have an online ordering if the system doesn't work correctly? No refund and no fixed food. We will never use Naples again after such an experience, there are better ways to waste money. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

General Tso's Chicken, Chicken Fried Rice and Terriyaki wings were all delicious. Ordered teriyaki steak and it looks more like beef and broccoli. Not sure if it was an error but that was good too. Naples in Salisbury NC.....I would give this place a zero if I could. I ordered Shrimp Scampi and it was the worst I have ever had. I called to let the manager know and he refused to give me his name. He was very unprofessional and did not care how he spoke to me over the phone. I will tell anyone...Do Not eat here. The food is horrible. This was my second time ordering from here and the first time, I ordered shrimp fried rice and it was the worst ever. I will never eat here again. As far as delivery in the area, this location has the most extensive selection. Chinese food, Italian, pizza, burgers, and much more. Some of the food is subpar. I like the Alfredo and pizza but that's about it. The delivery takes about an hour upon ordering. read more

Salisbury NC --At 606p we ordered a pizza from Naple's pizza was told 45 min to hour no problem and a little over an hour goes by husband calls he says on the way, about 20 -30 min goes by still no pizza, husband calls back the person supposedly chews out driver saying he told him to make this the first delivery which he didn't. Waited husband calls back and tells him no pizza and the dude tells him we should of called dominoes they deliver in 20 min. Husband said your driver is pulling in now and if its cold your gonna credit me. The driver circles our driver and leaves husband calls back and the dude says he didn't want to put his driver at risk cuz he didn't feel husband was in a good mood, husband said then my wife can come get it, nope he says I given you a refund that will take 7-10 days to post...Are you kidding me? Yes we are irritated we've been waiting close to 2 hours at this point and the bill was over 30 bucks. Husband asked for supervisor / manager and was told they are not there. No dinner tonight! If you don't feel like leaving the couch or ordering pizza, you finally have another option. Was hesitant at first because of the variety but it turns out that the Chinese portion of the menu is actually pretty good. We didn't try anything from the Italian side. Found out that this was the same place that used to be in the salisbury mall. We will be calling back next time there is a rainy night in. Prices are reasonable and delivery didn't take that long. If ordering online and paying with credit card, you do have to include your tip before your food arrives. Luckily, I had some cash. read more

I should have never thought that Chinese food at a Italian diner would be ok! Chinese and Italian cafe is what it is supposed to be. BAD COMBINATION! The Chinese food I had , general tsus chicken was just misery. It had no flavor ! Keep away if you like to have Chinese food! BUT..... my aunt had the Italian Stromboli and it was Good! So my advice is GET THE ITALIAN FOOD! Oh yes , the service was REALLY good ! The woman who ran the place was really polite. Almost forgot , they have REALY CLEAN WATER! I mean , often water tastes like metal but their water tastes like pure water ! That is hard to come by in cafeterias! Also, it was kinda cool the design . The main room had Italian themed furniture and the second room had Chinese themed furniture . They even had a pool table that looked fun to use , but we did not use it. Until very recently I ordered from these guys an average of once or twice a week for the past year and half. During that time I found the food mediocre but predictable. I never had a problem of any sort. The last time I conducted business with them my order never arrived. When I called them they told me it had been delivered and signed for. They followed that up by suggesting I was lying about receiving my food. The driver was incapable of accurately describing who they delivered my food to, despite their delivery people seeing me at least once a week for over a year. Not even my heavy foreign accent. I was then told they would contact the owner immediately and call me back. Naturally that didn't happen either. I had to call them a second time an hour later, at which point I was told the owner would come hours later and "investigate my claims" then call me. I'm sure if you are following along, at this point you've already figured out that didn't happen either. I never heard from the owner or anyone else. No offer was made to correct the situation, no offer of ANY SOLUTION AT ALL was made. The only thing that was offered was an accusation of dishonesty on my part. These people are thieves, as far as I am concerned. Piss poor customer service. read more

Went here to pick up an order for DoorDash. After arriving I had to wait 30 minutes for the food to be ready. During my time waiting the lady working never asked if I wanted a drink or apologized for the food taking so long. Where I was siting I could see into the kitchen and no one who was preparing food had on gloves. I was also the only person in the restaurant the entire time I was waiting. Please by all means do businesss with another company. It's not the food that is the problem. Most times it's okay. It's the customer service. From the cashiers to the owner they reaLly have NO IDEA what true customer service is. All I did was call and ask when the money for a refund would be back in my account. I was told "I don't know what you're talking about." by a female. I then spoke to the owner who said "I don't know what to tell you. Check your email. We already refunded you yesterday. I'm not refunding you again." Can you imagine calling nicely to speak to someone and then getting a responsee like that?? Sheesh! They are a piece of work over there. Only after I told him I don't have an email saying my refund was processed and he blamed it on me entering the wrong email (although I got email confirmation of my order) did I get upset and say I was reporting them because I had NO INFO on a refund and he immediately was rude. He told me "karma is karma" and that he didn't care what I did. All I wanted to know what WHEN my refundd would be back and I called in nicely. These jerkS have no idea how to talk to someone. I told him it's not that I don't believe the refund would come back. It's how he spoke to me and how his cashier spoke! They were both VERY RUDE!!! I did lots of business here and I never will again! Several Co-workers along with myself order while at work, this time particular I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak with fries. After paying for delivery and Tip-ing the driver I received my food, without my fries, Once calling back to inform them I was made out to be "Lying" about missing Fries, with the comment that I didn't say you were lying but the "cooks" said they only pack sub sandwiches in "trays" that have fries, they would normally just pack the sub sandwich separate in a brown bag, She proceeded to tell me she would need to contact the owner to see what they could do to compensate me first. I ended up calling back and she advised the owner had just called back and that they would get my food back out to me. As of now I still haven't received any food, or any kind of compensation. I don't believe she ever called anyone, or that they planned on re-making m food, or just bringing out fries like I originally wanted. A Horrible way to treat customers that place delivery orders and that tips as well. Last time ever ordering from NAPLES again. Food was delivered after calling Naples back a third time to see what was going on, I spoke with the "Manager" after finally receiving the fries I didn't get the first time, they were cold. read more
