We made a resy for 4 right before the dinner rush and it was perfect, not too crowded and the service was great. This time we tried the pork cheek, mushroom pasta, and ceviche. I also ordered their house special gin n tonic. The pork cheek was phenomenal, meat is super tender and I would 100% order again. Ceviche is with avocado and super creamy, tasted really fresh. The mushroom pasta was interesting , there were mushrooms that I have never tried before and the pasta was really thing and small. It reminded me of an Asian rice noodle. Overall I enjoy this place every time and can't wait to be back!

Our standard order includes the Tortilla Española, Flat Iron Steak, ZuZu Paella for 2 and Sauté of Summer Vegetables or brussels sprouts. I usually can't stomach sprouts, but these are unbelievably great the way they are prepared. We paired our most recent meal with Marty Mathis' 2024 Santa Cruz Mountains Godello from the Guichard Vineyard. This pairing was so incredible words can't express. The combination with the Tortilla Española was darn near a religious experience! There are lots of great restaurants in the Valley. However, there aren't many that offer the combination of complex, delicious flavors at a reasonable price that ZuZu offers. Check it out!

An order of fries was enough for me and my wife. We also tried the pastrami royale and it was fantastic. The pastrami was crispy and added a unique flavor and texture profile to the burger. I think it's better than bacon! All the flavors were on point as all the condiments on the burger were evenly portioned. Will definitely come back and next time with a bigger appetite. (We came early on a Sunday so the ambiance was very quiet. I can imagine the place being full and entertaining during the busy hours. Parking was also not a problem for us as we parked right across the street.)

You can actually taste the meat, and the bun pairs perfectly with it. The tots were a little too salty for me, but the whole pickle was fresh and crunchy. This tiny hole in the wall spot is located inside Armistice Brewing. There are plenty of beer and wine options, plus slushy drinks and micheladas. Walk inside and look for the lit up Butters Burgers sign in the corner. Customer service was great and our food came out pretty fast. Tip: Grab a Royale and pair it with one of the drinks from the brewery. We had a really lovely experience at Ristorante Allegria…read more They start out with a bread and red onion sauce - it was really unique, a little sweet which was unexpected. Our hotel gave us a little card for a free appetizer, which turned out to be a little fried polenta with gorgonzola and basalmic over marinara. A great bite to start. I wanted a salad and our server Mike recommended the Napa Cabbage salad and I'm glad he did. It was probably the most decadent salad I've ever had - there was so much bacon and I loved the mushrooms and grilled prawns. My husband had the filet with the gorgonzola butter and really loved it, especially the mashed potatoes. Only bummer was the broccoli was super crunchy. Probably the best part was the dessert. I had the lavender and orange creme brûlée and my husband had the bread pudding. You can get it with ice cream and he got his on the side - he was glad because he really got to enjoy the texture and flavor of the warm bread pudding. Mike and the team provided excellent service and everyone was really friendly. It's an interesting old building, a former bank, and if you want to you can reserve their vault dining room. Highly recommended.

Once I got the text that my table for 1 was ready, I was thrilled to finally try some authentic Italian food since it had been a while. The hospitality and service were phenomenal! As soon as I ordered my appetizer and entrée, the server brought out complimentary bread with dipping oil made with olive oil, shallots, and garlic. It was magnificent and definitely got me ready for the meal. I ordered the meatballs as my appetizer, and they asked if I wanted Parmesan cheese on top. I quickly said YES. The host and I were laughing because they said, "Don't be shy now, I can give you more!" Needless to say, I had a good amount of cheese dandruff covering my meatballs, and it was absolutely flavorful and delicious. When my ravioli came out, we had the exact same interaction with the Parmesan, and I was cracking up! The last time I had ravioli was back in October of last year, and I must say, this was probably the best ravioli I've had so far. The portion wasn't overwhelmingly large, but it was more than enough for me to do some damage. The entrée was packed with flavor, and I completely cleaned my plate. Overall, this was such a fun and cool experience. The food was delicious, the service was welcoming, and the little interactions made the meal even more memorable. After I finished eating, an older gentleman even came by and gave me a piece of candy! Definitely a great spot to check out if you're in Napa and craving some Italian food.

I've known about this spot for quite some time after I read an article from the SF Chronicle…read moreclaiming they had the best chicken sandwich throughout the Bay Area. And just to turn it up a notch, the Chronicle also has them in the Top 25 Best Restaurants in Wine Country. I happened to be in Napa running some errands and decided to finally check them out. I met the owner who was pretty chill and friendly plus took my order. I was there for the chicken sandwich of course, but also wanted to try their Philly Cheesesteak sandwich I've seen on their menu. I also ordered some seasoned fries and a Mexican Sprite. The fries were nicely seasoned and crispy. The chicken had the perfect crisp to it and was juicy inside. The coleslaw inside gave the sandwich a nice tangy twist, while the hot honey had a nice balance of both sweet and spice. I did have a bit of a challenge attacking this since it was a huge sandwich, but I definitely liked it. The Cheesesteak was a bit messy (in a good way) but was a nice size for a full one; probably should have gotten a half one but oh well. The sliced steak was tender and juicy, while I also enjoyed the flavors of the cherry peppers and garlic mayo. Would definitely order this again. This was an experience I'm glad I finally had the opportunity to check out. Will go back hopefully soon to try some other items.
