Todd Eskow Computerized Autopro 31 January, 2017 To Whom It May Concern: I have known Todd Eskow for about 3 years. Todd is the Owner/Operator of Computerized Autopro in Edmonton, which is conveniently located on 9010-58 Avenue. It was helpful to get to know Todd through a mutual business group where we see business referrals passed on a weekly basis. We both belong to BNI Chapters in Sherwood Park and through this association I felt comfortable to take my vehicle to someone I could trust and know personally the owner. Todd holds a higher standard of knowledge and follow through, than the general automotive service industry. Todd has "grown up" in the automotive service industry and took his years of experience and hard work to take over the family business Computerized Autopro. I am impressed with his follow through on work he has done on my 2011 Mercedes ML350 Bluetec Diesel. The service from his shop as compared with Mercedes dealerships is highly valued. I had some major engine repairs that were still on warranty and Todd's shop supervised and managed those repairs, that were required to be done at Mercedes Southside. Another very important service is the provision of a free 'service vehicle' while your car is in the shop. At the Mercedes Dealership I was told the work did not qualify me for a service vehicle.... Brittney, who manages the front desk and incoming calls, keeps all customers updated and connected to the "current state of affairs" of your vehicle while it is in the shop. I recommend Computerized Autopro Service to my friends, family and all contacts without any hesitation. It gives me great comfort to know that we have this automotive repair service within BNI Alberta North. Brought my truck in when is started making a rattling noise while in motion. They were able to find the issue and fix it. Unfortunately it did take them 2 days to complete the repairs because they had to wait for parts. They provided me with a vehicle to drive in the meantime at no additional cost. The courtesy vehicle was clean and in very good shape. They only asked that I refill they fuel I used. During the repair process they kept me updated as to what was happening and any costs that had come up. They also gave me options as to what had to be fixed now and what I could leave until later. During the repair there was a mistake made on their end and they broke my steering knuckle. They replaced this piece at no cost and admitted their mistake to me the next time we talked. I feel they were open and honest with me throughout they entire repair process. The cost was more than I had hoped but that was due to the issues with my truck and not with their pricing. Overall I would recommend these guys for your repair services on your vehicle. read more

I can't say enough good things about Todd and his team. They have always been outstanding and honest but my last experience with them was great beyond belief. I was about to go on a kayaking trip to Jasper and noticed that my radiator fluid was nonexistent. We called Todd an hour before they closed just to ask what kind of fluid I should use to refill and he suggested I come in and have them look at it right away. After accessing the problem it became apparent that I needed a new water pump, timing belt and a lot of work to get the car road worthy. We were leaving the next day and he had his mechanic working on the car all that day so we could be on the road by 5pm. He even worked around the kayaks on the roof so we wouldn't have to take them off!!!! He is so trustworthy and honest I would never take any of our vehicles anywhere else. I don't know much about vehicles, so I've had some not-so-great experiences at other shops and dealerships. I love bringing my car to Computerized Autopro though because I can trust that they are doing only necessary repairs and ensuring that my car is in top shape. They always take the time to explain all inspections, what and why specific repairs are needed, and the severity of possible future issues. And they'll also help prioritize which services should be done on your vehicle, so you don't feel the need to get everything done at once if it's not necessary. And they keep track of everything so I don't have to! I love that they can provide rides and loaner vehicles when you have to leave your car with them. I've dealt with large chains (eg. Kal Tire) that provide neither of those services. Wow its look like people who have been here before read my mind. I dont know How I can express How Happy and confortbale I was When I came to this place. People are so friendly and what amazes me much is Todd pronounced my name is if is also another African. I was so impressed from the time I open the door. They do a very great Job, They are very honest. they give me the service I need and even educated me about about taking care of my car.I told them I needed my car to go to Vancouver and they did all they could to satisfy me. They even closed a little bit late just so that I dont miss my trip. I was glad that I found this place. I strongly recommend everyone to use their service. I've been coming to see Todd and his wonderful staff at Computerized Autopro for many years now, probably close to 15 years. I'm always treated with respect and Todd clearly explains all of the work that has been done to my car in terms that a layperson can clearly understand. He also helpfully will let me know what work is needed immediately, and what can wait. Due to his service, my last car lasted over 17 years! It was still running great when I sold it to buy a new vehicle, and now he is servicing my new vehicle with the same amount of care and attention. Great customer service, they were very kind while speaking on the phone, not to mention, super easy to set up an appointment, just call, set up a date to drop off the car and when to pick it back up, they even give you a courtesy shuttle to drive away from the shop in, (free of charge so long as it comes back with the same amount of gas in the tank or a little extra. On top of all that they give you a rundown on your parts and explain how they wear and tear to how they actually do the dirty work, I actually learned new things about my car going here, very reliable and quick to get the job done, would recommend going here if you don't know much about vehicles, maybe you'll leave knowing more about your car than when you first drove into the parking lot. read more

It was time for the oil change on my car, and my car loves Computerized Autopro! The coffee was as good as it gets, the waiting room is comfortable and the staff are all very helpful & like to smile! The work was completed as promised, and right on time. The extras were much appreciated, as a safety list was completed on all aspects of my car, and explained to me very well, prior to our departure. (Oh, and the price was right!) The big screen tv in the waiting area was playing a popular movie so I was not exactly wanting to leave! But I did, with a reminder keyed into my calendar for our next visit. I have hired Todd at computerized so many times over the past 14 years and he has never let me down. I buy my vehicles from dodge but Todd takes care of all maintenance and performance upgrades.As a matter of fact I had his shop blueprint and build me a hi perf 360 ci dodge motor a few years back and it was supposed to have about 335 hp. In fact it had close to 420 hp to my delight!!!! I will never go elsewhere as COMPUTERIZED is the best in that marketplace and I don't waste my money at other shops that tell tall tales.I also run a small business and he takes care of all those mechanical needs as well. I don't let anyone else touch my cars. Todd and the boys take care of everything. I love the inspection they do with every oil change it means I don't worry about anything. Their estimates are always high and if they find something else that needs to be done they call you first. They can tell me what work can and cannot wait. And my favorite part; they take care of all warranty stuff. Registering, inspections and they will even fight with them to get stuff paid for. I have been coming here for 10 years.
