I try to support small, local businesses, but I expect them to stand behind their work and value their customers, especially when it's their mistake. If you buy from them, I'm warning you. You better cross your fingers that there's never an issue with your tires or you'll end up like me and the other 1-star reviews. Personally, I prefer a business that values its customers.
