She said it'll take one and a half hours. They've always been spot-on with the time, so I know I won't be delayed past the suggested time frame. The garage is easy to locate but parking can be a bear because they're always busy. The waiting room is spacious and is amazingly spotless for a garage. Jim and Brian here have always been friendly, but I must say Sandy outshines them. I made a faux pas this morning by calling her by the wrong name. Sandy was gracious and forgave me. Yay! I've since brought both of my cars to Advanced for routine maintenance. Each time, for each car, a routine diagnostic review of the car was performed, and any irregularities were noted. This emulates, exceeds dealership customer service and definitely "raises the bar". Both Kambria and Kutter, have and continue to make me feel like I am their only client. Always engaging, patient, avid listeners, knowledgeable and when it comes to diagnosing a concern, their collective perspective is like "a homing device on a torpedo". Their team's work acumen and ethics are "a cut above" in the automotive industry; the focus; pleasing the customer. And, their pricing is beyond competitive. When I took my 2014 Charger SXT to Advanced for the first routine service, they noted that the upper control arms and ball joints needed to be replaced, suggested a brake system flush, wheel alignment and rear shocks. When I purchased the car in 2018 (pre-owned), I also purchased a Chrysler "Max Care" lifetime warranty. I called Glenn Thomas Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Long Beach who regularly serviced the car and asked if the control arm, ball joint repair was covered by the warranty and was assured it was. I thanked Kambria for the alert, advised her I would be taking the car to Fresno for the repair, the cost of which almost paid for the warranty. When I brought the car to the Fresno dealership, the service writer offered to beat the cost that Kambria quoted for the brake flush and alignment. I thanked him and advised him that I had already agreed to have the two repairs done at Advanced. When I called Kambria from the dealership and shared the offer, she said she would "completely understand if I had the dealership do the alignment and brake flush since the car was there". In today's "fast and loose" business community, who does that? My response to Kambria; an agreement is an agreement. I brought the car to Advanced for the two repairs. Kambria and Kutter consistently make me feel like I am their only customer. How many members of that club are still around? If you are looking for an extraordinary customer service experience, make Advanced Automotive Repair your first stop. You'll be glad you did!

When I returned to pick up my car, I found Kambria had performed a diagnostic of my car. She explained that is standard procedure for all customers. Thanks to the extra customer service, I learned that the ball joints and upper control arms needed replacement, as well as an alignment, brake fluid system flush and air filter housing. Fortunately, when I purchased my car I also purchased a Chrysler Max Care warrantly. The ball joints and upper control arms were covered by the warranty. So off to the CDJR dealership in Fresno I went. While there, the service advisor said he would match costs for brake fulid flush, alignment and air filter housing. From the dealership, I called Kambria about the offer. She told me she would perfectly understand if I chose to have the dealership perform the repairs, since the car was already there. I thanked her and I assured her that I already agreed to have Advanced handle the additional repairs, and an agreement, is an agreement. I thanked the service writer for his kindness and explained that the three additional repairs were promised to Advanced. I brought the car back to Advanced and once again Kambria handled the repairs. As an aside, I also wanted to install a back up camera for my PT Cruiser; not an easy feat since the car sits close to the ground. Kutter researched, found and installed the perfect back up camera. I've been around for a while and over the years have worked with various repair shops. Right from the beginning, Kutter and Kambria treated me like I was their only customer. I came in with my 2016 Mini Cooper Countryman for a standard oil change…read more From inside my car, I could see and hear the technicians arguing over each other under the hood which gave me a bad feeling right off the bat. Apparently the crew broke a plastic piece that's integral to the engine running. They said it's not their fault that the automotive industry uses plastic parts that are bound to break. Now, they have to keep my car for an estimated 4 days until they're able to get the part and reinstall it. They said they wouldn't charge labor, but will charge for the replacement part. Overall, they're nice people with fair prices, but I don't think I'd recommend their services due to the fact that I went in for a simple oil change that should take no more than 30 minutes, and ended up having to leave my car with them over the weekend, and they won't even take ownership over the issue.
