My vehicle was hit on the passenger side door and damaged the entire passenger side of the car…read more Brought it for insurance repairs and after over 3 weeks of my car being there I was informed it would be done at the end of the day right before they close... The "replaced doors" have major imperfections and the paint work is extremely poor. On top of it all, I received the car back in the dirtiest, dustiest possible conditions to the point where I needed to have it professionally detailed. Choose somewhere that the quality of work meets the pricing. Would absolutely NOT recommend.

We had vandalism to our 1999 Chevy Silverado from an attempted theft that left it non-operational…read more I called around to at least 10 places (including those recommended by our insurance) and no one would take it or even try to look for parts because they said they wouldn't be able to get the parts (since it was so old apparently). They wouldn't even try as soon as the heard the age of the truck. One other place looked for parts but said they couldn't find any. Enter Clovis Collision/Clovis Auto Body! They looked for parts and FOUND them and agreed to do the repairs. They did the repairs quickly and kept us updated via text and phone. There was one hiccup where we had to bring it back for a fix but they took care of it the same day. They also worked well with our insurance. We are very grateful for Clovis Collision/Auto Body and their willingness and ability to fix my husband's favorite vehicle. :-) We highly recommend them.

Where to start?!? How about the beginning?…read more I purchased a 1968 Pontiac GTO about 3 months ago and was looking to bring it somewhere to have a lot of different things done. I didn't really know exactly what I wanted to do as there are a lot of different directions one can go when finishing a classic car. After calling around to various shops and being told it would be months before they could do any work for me I found Mark at Tailored Customs. Firstly, not only was he excited for me and my newly acquired GTO, he was extremely helpful in helping me decide what upgrades would be within my budget and make the biggest impact on the build. Probably 10 hours. What's that? That's my estimate of the time he spent with me on the phone and over text messages before the work even began! Total charge? $0. Not only did he help me make the best decisions regarding what upgrades to do, he rolled with the punches when I changed my mind (multiple times) and still hadn't charged me a dime. I know many people that are reading this review might think to themselves "that's just part of doing this type of business" and to a certain degree it is. Not to this degree though. Trust me I've done the research and automotive advice isn't free. Having someone you can call when you have questions is a billable service that I was lucky enough to get for free. All of that was before the work even started which as many can attest starts with ordering parts. Not only did Mark handle ordering everything for me (again I understand that's a part of doing this type of business) but he didn't just find the easiest way to order things by buying kits to install everything (which is perfectly reasonable and typical). He found the most cost effective way to purchase all the parts even though that took extra time and effort on his part. There were a few parts I had already ordered myself and he took that in stride as well even though most shops want to order everything themselves (likely to charge you a mark up on the parts) but not Mark. He accepted the parts I already had and even helped me return some when I changed my mind about things (again) Once all the parts were in the work could begin and the communication from Mark was constant, professional and informative every step of the way. This guy even came in to make sure all was going well on my car just 2 days after having a surgery that was supposed to sideline him for weeks. What can I say, the guy is committed. At the end of the day we decided to install these major items and a ton of little things too numerous to mention, a new Dakota Digital guage set, tilt steering column, back up camera, transmission cooler (this is one of those added things that Mark just figured out in the fly for me), distributor (added later) and many other things. Probably 25-30 hours. What's that? My estimate of how many hours above and beyond Mark spent with me making sure I understood everything that was being done, why it was being done and discussing alternatives. That's not "normal" in my experience. That's above and beyond the call of duty and way more than I actually paid for. I'm not writing this because I expect Mark to do a bunch of things for free for me or anyone else. It's simply to illustrate the level of commitment Mark and the team at Tailored Customs shows when taking on small projects like mine and large projects like the ones I could see in progress every time I visited the shop to check in on progress and discuss things with the team. If you are looking to start a brand new build or finish a partially completed one, Mark and the team at Tailored Customs are definitely the ones to bring your highly prized classic car to in my opinion. They will treat your car like their own car and make sure you leave the shop satisfied and excited to get your classic car back on the road for years to come.

I recently visited Top Window Tint and was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of…read morethe owner, Raymond. Even though he was in the middle of an installation when I arrived, he took a quick moment to greet me and answer my questions. He's very knowledgeable about his products, and his shop and office were tidy and well-organized. We discussed tint options, made selections, and set an appointment for the next day. Raymond estimated a 2.5-hour installation and even texted me twice to confirm the appointment. On the morning of my appointment, he reached out to let me know about a 15-minute delay -- great communication, which I appreciated. The job ended up taking about eight hours due to a mechanical issue, and when I reviewed my receipt, I noticed the windshield tint (which I thought we had included) wasn't listed in the price. I'll take some of the responsibility for not asking for a written quote instead of relying on notes. This is a newer, family-run business, and Raymond clearly takes pride in his work and shop. He's enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and willing to do whatever is necessary to make his customers happy. I believe he'll continue to refine his process and grow his business -- and I'd definitely return, just with a written quote next time.

While I was there I noticed they also do window tint so I asked for a quote. The price they gave me was super fair & competitive compared to other places I've used in the past, so I decided to go for it. The tint came out awesome and so far I've had zero issues with it. Plus it's backed by a lifetime warranty through Stek dealers network which gives me peace of mind if anything ever comes up. The team here was super friendly, professional, and easy to work with the whole time. They really take pride in their work and it shows in the high quality of the repair and the tint job. Overall I'm really happy I was able to get both the chip repair and tint done in one stop. Great service, great results, and I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work. It's great doing business with people who are clearly passionate about what they do.
