I took my car in for a full maintenance recently and because of the time it'll take in getting my car looked at and worked on, Sullivan's offered to give me a ride home. I took their offer and a lovely lady named Latisha (sic) gave me a ride. Latisha was friendly and personable. She even asked if I needed a ride back to the shop when my car is ready. I hit black ice and crashed, and my car had to be towed to this shop. A great guy named Ben, who I believe is a friend of Michael Sullivan, helped us fix the tie rod and got our car drivable again on a cold Sunday night. They also helped us schedule an alignment first thing Monday morning. Thanks to their fast and reliable service, we were even able to continue our trip and visit Yosemite the next day. I stopped at Oakhurst Tire Saturday late afternoon after Napa recommended them to me. They were very polite and professional.
