When I went back to address the issue, I didn't get any real solution, just excuses. Brakes are one of the most important safety components, and it's unacceptable to have them done carelessly. If something as critical as brakes can't be handled properly here, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere for service. I would not recommend Tyler Reyes, he is not a good mechanic. An oil change is the most basic service a mechanic can do, so if that can't be done correctly, it makes me question the quality and attention to detail on more serious repairs.
