They got us in right away, fixed the problem incredibly fast, and charged a very fair price. What impressed us the most was how honest and genuinely kind everyone was. The owner even drove us to a local restaurant so we could relax and eat lunch while we waited. It's rare to find a shop with this level of integrity and customer service. Great auto repair shop. Prices are fair but they go above and beyond treating you like a friend. I hit something on my way to Yellowstone, lost my bumper and the radiator got damaged. They let me stay there all day until my family could pick me up, ask if I needed anything like water or a cup o noodles. The repair experience itself was great, made a stressful situation just that less stressful. They told me the damage and how much it would cost and took care of my car. I have a little old pickup -1989 GMC S-15 - I call her ,"Clementine." I've had her for about 6 years. She "broke down" over the summer, and I didn't know where to take her to get fixed. Vehicle was in worst condition than when we brought it in, and Jeff Clark had it for almost a year. He said he would treat it like his baby, but on final paperwork he never did any of the work on it himself at all! Front license plate found on floor of front seat. Ceiling speaker found hanging by wires. Bookkeeping non-existent! Scraps of paper! So last invoice was incorrect. Damage done so top of car wouldn't fit. We left Clark's and drove straight to Firestone for new tires on Blackstone and Herndon, it died on Blackstone and we had to push it with cars honking, make a u-turn, dangerous! Alternator and battery were dead!! Back axel broken so that tires wobbling. Firestone laughed when they found out it had just been at Clark's Performance for nearly a year to be overhauled! Literally the worst mechanics I have ever been to. Way over priced and told me it would be two weeks before they could look at my car. My engine blew and battery died and they wouldn't even give me a jump. The girl on the phone and Jeff were some of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I have never felt the need to give anyone a review, good or bad, but they were so rude I had to. I wish I could give them zero stars. Really shouldn't be having a teenage girl work the phones especially a rude little girl like that, very bad for business. read more

This is the worst company and Clark is really unpleasant. Took my Jeep in took them over a year to fix it and a really poor job of it they did they didn't fix what I paid them to do plus Jeff is crap at his work. They cost me so much Money don't go there. They are really unorganized and make up Prices of what you owe them.
