This is my second time receiving…read moreused parts when I paid for new parts. 2nd time dealing with this issue and Upon return of the parts I'm encountered with rudeness and smart remarks. This last time I had the new part tossed at me, I preceeded to leave the store being screamed at by the manager the words YOU'RE WELCOME. As if I had time to waste pleading with them the part was wrapped in packaging of one brand and put in a box showing another brand. The part was returned within 1hr of purchased from my online order. They claim they could not locate my order online but yet they allowed me to leave the store with the item the 1st time. Bottom line DON'T LEAVE THAT STORE WITHOUT INSPECTING YOUR PRODUCTS. once you get home and dismantle your car just to realize the part is used and/or defective be ready to put up a fight to remedy the oversight by the store representatives. I was expecting it to be looked at while I was there since it takes 5 minutes.... I had to call them the next day to see what the status was. I needed to know if it was OK to run, or do I need to buy a bigger piston and bore it. He says the bore is too big, get a piston. Ok. So I said I would be over to get my stuff and will be back with it all when I get the bigger piston. He says ok, $30. I hang up the phone. lol $30. Typically inspection and measuring is free. He never told me it was going to cost me something for them to evaluate and I know it only takes 5 minutes to measure...... BECAUSE I ALREADY DID THAT MYSELF!!!! I was concerned with the condition! So I get there and argued the $30 for his 5 minutes of work and he tells me it was 30 minutes. I figured he would argue with me so I payed him. Why? To let him sell his integrity for $30 and his lies. I doubt he even did anything with my cylinder aside from look at it and he wanted it over night so he lie to me and tell me he measured it. Every other time I take a cylinder someplace, they grab their tools and measure it on the spot. This guy obviously really needed the $30 bucks. Many years ago he stole an aluminum Nascar block from a close friend of mine and used it on one of their own race motors or a customers and replaced it with an off the shelf iron block. Liars and thieves and I have no clue how they are still in business. Who knows maybe the place is just a front to launder money?
