Let me tell you things have changed! We were warmly greeted when we came in. We were treated very well by the salesman, Mike. He made us a very good offer on a new 2025 Lexus 350 ES and basically gave us a two for one price for interior and interior and exterior protection. The finance manager gave us a nice discount on the extended warranty as well. Maintenance is free for the first year too. The facility is spacious, bright and airy and offers compliant snacks and beverages while you are waiting. I've been there a few times since purchasing for the first maintenance visit and compliant car washed and have been treated very well. I recommend this dealership.

Purchasing my new Lexus TX 350 here--including our trade-in--was a frustrating experience. Our…read moresales representative, Greg S., along with his manager, relied on high-pressure sales tactics throughout the process. What was most unsettling, however, was their complete lack of follow-through. When we traded in our car, we accidentally left our garage door fob attached to the windshield. We called immediately, and Greg explicitly promised he would ship it back to us right away. After waiting several weeks with no package, we called again only to be told he forgot about it and the car had already been sold with our fob inside. On a positive note, the service department has been fine so far, but the vehicle is only two months old. I will update this review as we gain more first-hand experience with their long-term service.

I walked in from after work and asked an White/Asian/Philippino brown haired man behind the desk to…read morescan a code. He refused saying he couldn't leave the store. I parked directly at the front door. There were no customers in the store, there were no customer vehicles in the parking lot and no one was in the back. Instead of helping me himself he wanted someone else to do the work. He had just got done shooting the shi$$ with another customer who left. He wanted a woman to help another woman. Talk about reverse discrimination. He didn't want to put out to help a female customer. Never have I ever been denied service at a mechanic store until I stepped foot in this store. I was livid. I will never ever recommend this store to anyone. I was headed home to northern lake county and needed to stop to get a check engine light scanned. Not hard. I left and went to another mechanic shop

I had my transmission rebuilt here. About a month later it failed again, so I brought it back…read more When I went to pick it up the second time, the truck was not right. It had active transmission fault codes and would not shift properly. On another attempt to pick it up, it would not even start. After inspecting it myself, I found the transmission wiring harness damaged, loose, and not properly secured. The harness clips were broken and wiring was left hanging. In addition, the battery was installed incorrectly -- the terminal was damaged and not properly tightened. There is also a transmission fluid leak coming from a brass compression fitting that was installed on the transmission line. This indicates the line was cut and not properly repaired or reinstalled, rather than being removed and serviced correctly. I had to take time off work, spend around $600 on batteries, and bring the truck to another shop for proper diagnosis and repair. None of these issues were present before their work. All of this has been documented with photos and diagnostic codes. A formal claim is being prepared. I would not trust this shop with your vehicle.

Unbelievably rude. Didn't even want to have to write this review, but when I called to speak with…read morethe manager the assistant manager John hung up on me. I came in the morning with my dad to replace a car battery. Nobody was at the store so John checked the battery and told us it was dead and needed to be replaced, he said he couldn't do that for us because he didn't have enough people working so to come back at 1pm when more people were working. It seemed fair enough so I went and waited 3 hours to come back and get my battery replaced. I had to jump my car again to get back to the store at 1 and have my friend follow me for the second time on my only day off and wouldn't you know it they tell me that the battery can't be replaced at the store. After telling me to come in 3 hours later I'm sitting at the store with a dead car and John told me to come at 1 for a replacement that supposedly they can't even do. So I called the store after I was finally able to make it home to ask him if the store manager was on staff so that I could speak with them. John tells me that the manager won't be back until Tuesday and then proceeded to hang up on me. A lot of how I was feeling could have been helped with some kindness. Especially with the massive inconvenience that could have been avoided if he would have just looked my car part up or done any of his job that I'm sure he is triained to do. The way that John dismissed me and spoke to me on the phone before hanging up is absolutely unacceptable on an level. If you guys have audio in the store or recorded phone conversations I beg if anyone cares about how people are being treated at this store to listen for yourself.
