Look like he had no idea what I was talking about, and when I asked him if he knew which fuse I needed, he stated that he didn't know and that he can't put his hands on my car due to a policy I left and when I came back to buy the fuse I needed he was helping a customer putting his hands in their engine, etc.. This is super unprofessional. And I felt like he was just picking and choosing who he wanted to help and who he didn't

I unfortunately couldn't figure out how to remove my old wipers as I haven't changed them in years due to my car sitting around. The next day, I went in to ask the gentleman if he could help or walk me through on switching out the blades. The gentleman didn't make an effort to even look at the blades and just said "I can't touch your car but you can go to Auto Zone". I didn't expect the guy to change my wipers, just assistance or pointers. Not helping even a little is silly, but recommending you go to the competition is blatantly idiotic. The gal in the morning was great, gentleman in the evening, not so much

The staff at the service desk is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions. On more than one occasion, they've even price-matched service quotes from other Mazda dealerships. I also appreciate that when additional maintenance is recommended, they take the time to explain why it's needed and whether it's something that should be addressed immediately or can wait until a future visit. What really keeps me coming back is the quality of the technicians. They've caught legitimate issues that needed attention, pointed out services that other shops had previously tried to upsell me on, and even gone the extra mile with small things like topping off fluids and cleaning corrosion from my battery terminals. Those little touches go a long way in building trust. After each visit, they send a detailed video inspection showing the work that was performed along with anything they noticed during the service. It's a level of transparency that I really appreciate. The dealership itself is clean and comfortable, with a waiting area that includes couches, a TV, complimentary snacks, and bottled water. Depending on the amount of work being done, they'll often provide a loaner vehicle or arrange a complimentary Lyft ride. When it's time for me to purchase my next Mazda, this dealership will be at the top of my list. The service team has earned my trust, and that's not something I say lightly.

I ordered some items online for in store pick up on a couple weeks ago on a Saturday afternoon,…read morekeep in mind all items ordered showed in stock at this store location. When clicking place order, Site stated order will be ready within 30 mins and I would receive a confirmation email. I kept looking for the confirmation email stating order was ready but never received one. I figured I would go in the store the next day. I went into the store Sunday afternoon, I advised the rep that I had an online order but never received a confirmation email so not sure if ready. He went off to side and brought up my items. He gave me a receipt and he said he was not sure why I didn't get an email. Maybe items had to be ordered from another location, but said they did get a shipment in that morning. But if came in the morning why didn't I get the email then so I could come in. I dont know if the store confirms order complete and that's how confirmation emails are sent by them or if auto sends. He never said for sure. I am not sure if I will come back to this location even though close to my home. To be honest the rep was not too friendly, as I have experienced at another location on Greenback which had very friendly welcoming staff.

Les Schwab and I go way back-particularly this location, though I have dabbled a few times with the…read moreRoseville location, but honestly this is my go-to Le's Schwab location on Fulton Avenue. For me this location is super convenient because it's located a few blocks from my work,so whenever I need to drop my car off,be it for tire replacement, tire repair,or a tire rotation it's super easy to reach out to one of my co-workers to pick me up or drop me off. Convenience for me was the draw-quality of service was the thing that kept me as a decade long customer. Over the years, people have told me to go to this place or another for either cheaper price or for maybe quality work, but I have always fought that idea, because every time I researched most places didn't offer the complete package of services and value that Les Schwab continuously offered me. As a decade long customer I've watched as new managers, new front desk workers, new mechanics have come and gone, but what has never wavered was this locations ability to offer friendly, professional, and efficient service. Whether I called them for a simple tire question or needed to show up in an emergency like I did last month when I woke up with a flat tire, the workers at this location were always super helpful and gave me the information I needed in order to make a decision for my tire needs. Another thing I do like about this company is that they do offer free tire rotations if u buy a set of tires from them, plus most of the time they guarantee their tires for 50k miles, both these things add to the quality of purchase I get from Les Schwab. I love that they offer free tire repair for almost any little thing that pops up,I've been the benefactor of that service more than a few times over the years, while I hope I won't ever need this service again,it's very nice that I know it's in my back pocket. Over the years I think I've taken 4 cars of my own for tire replacement as well as the wifey and at least 4 of the 5 children have gotten new tires at Les Schwab. We truly are a Les Schwab family. In closing-If you're ever in need for tire service,be it repair or replacement,I do truly recommend the guys and gals at Les Schwab to be able to fulfill your tire needs.

I immediately went back and explained the issue. They took the car in and after some time returned my car again, claiming they had "calibrated" the steering wheel and fixed the problem. But, the second I left the lot, the exact same thing happened--the wheel went diagonal again. When I brought it in again, the mechanic took it back in, returned, and tried to tell me my car was doing that because of the street being somewhat sideways. I asked him if he was sure, and he stated again that the car was the way it was because of the street, and that if I drive on straight/even road the steering wheel would sit flush. It did not. To be clear, no matter what kind of road you are driving on, your steering wheel should never sit sideways/diagonal just to go straight. After several attempts with this location, frustrated, I took my car to the Les Schwab on Madison Ave. Even though it was right before closing, the amazing staff there welcomed me in, quickly fixed the problem, and explained exactly what the Arden location had messed up on. I am incredibly happy with the service at the Madison Ave location. I gave the Arden location multiple chances to make this right and tried to be understanding, as mistakes do happen. When it comes to anything vehicle related, everything should always be done very correctly.

He was nice enough to tell me he had a close match but if I wanted to try and find a better one he understood. The price he quoted me was very fair and the work done made a huge difference.
