Simple in and out and totally easy to pull in get stuff done and then leave. I was able to jump in, do my front end service and then be able to just drive away. The cost per hour for the lift and tools is great and reasonable. If you need any specialized tools, you should bring them as the basics (standard SAE and Metric) sizes are covered, but ford has gone to some pretty odd sizes (Really fricken 18mm??!!!) I will be back and highly recommend.

So of course, like I said, he was simply trying to scam me for more money and claim my car had issues. Dude is POS. Be warned, when he, or his hired mechanics work on your car you'll be back to be charged more "to figure" out what's wrong with your car. I should also note the the spark plugs were taken out by hand. Only a couple were tight enough to need tools. The downpipes he installed broke in half. And the tune was crap. Colossal waste of time and misrepresentations. Mayfair asks if I'm driving or towing vehicle from Merced. I said Brake Booster Pump Assembly is bad and in Merced in my initial call. Original owner, OEM cat, passed smog, clean title, superior maintenance backed by records. Head gasket fine; no rattle, no steam. Offering free tow and nothing for vehicle was never discussed in your voicemail since we never spoke. I would rather donate to karsforkids.com for tax deduction.

I spent thousands of dollars to get a car painted for him to tell me he's selling the shop and it's not his responsibility.
