We used to go to another local shop nearby that was just terrible..they will happily take your money without delivering quality work. Finding Drew's Automotive Services has been a total game-changer. It's a wonderful husband-and-wife run business, and both of them are so genuine, welcoming, and kind. Getting to know them has been such a great experience. On top of that, he worked for years at a Toyota dealership and worked his way up, so knowing he has that solid background and expertise brought so much extra peace of mind when he serviced my Toyota! He has been extraordinarily patient with me, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer all my questions, and double-check every detail so I feel completely confident in the work being done. Plus, his pricing is super fair and reasonable. He isn't out to overcharge you or push unnecessary work (feels rare these days)... he gives you real, honest value for exceptional quality. The professionalism and care that he and his team bring to every job is unmatched. Our family has trusted him with multiple vehicles now, and the results speak for themselves. After he replaced the control arm on my dad's car, my dad couldn't stop talking about how smooth the drive was. Even after a recent oil change, my dad immediately noticed how much better and responsive the car felt. He also did a full brake service on my previous Toyota and the quality was top-tier. Honest, transparent, reasonably priced, and skilled mechanics who take genuine pride in their work are extremely rare! they are truly a diamond in the rough. I'm so relieved to have found a team I can trust, and I'm excited to have them service all my future cars. I almost hesitated to write this review because I know how busy he's going to get, but they fully deserve it! 10/10 recommend!! (Side note: I intentionally held off on writing a review right after my first service because I wanted to make sure the consistency was there over time. After having him complete multiple services on two cars and building that genuine trust, I can 100% say it's time, and the praise is well earned!)

I went from feeling naïve and nervous about making such a large purchase to being completely confident. Chris received a $17,000 estimate from the dealer to replace the entire system, which was pretty shocking. Instead of stopping there, he went above and beyond to find a specialized vendor who could repair the system, saving me an enormous amount of money. He also handled all the coordination with the vendor and oversaw getting everything reinstalled and working properly, which made the whole process seamless on my end. Throughout it all, Chris kept me informed every step of the way. His communication and follow-through were excellent, and I always felt taken care of. This came after a disappointing experience with my previous mechanic of six years, who offered no real solutions and treated me poorly despite my loyalty. Needless to say, my loyalty has now shifted. If you're looking for someone honest, resourceful, and truly willing to go the extra mile, Chris and Holland Service are the real deal. I highly recommend!

I had been babying the car because the last thing I wanted was to make things worse. The owner said he wanted to take it for a quick drive to see what it was doing. I trustingly handed him the keys and then watched him go ripping off in my baby. I was mortified. What I expected to be a careful diagnostic drive sure looked more like a stress test. He came back telling me what a nice car it was, and ultimately recommended several thousand dollars in repairs. Maybe I'm more particular about my cars than some people, but if you own an older or special car that you genuinely care about, you probably know exactly how I felt watching it disappear down the street. That was enough for me. If you care about your car and how it's treated, this probably isn't the shop for you. It certainly isn't for me.
