Incredibly skilled artist who can do anything you ask. If there's something she can't do she's honest and works with you to find a solution. Bring pictures, tell her what you're inspired by and she will make it happen. Sina, is also incredibly skilled and quick. Tiger gives the best pedicure IMO but everyone does well. Pedicures are a bit more expensive but it's because it's what a deluxe pedicure would be anywhere else. We love the clean and fancy feel to this nail salon. I love that they have very transparent pricing and you can tell them exactly what you want without any up-selling or pressure to do something different. We came here originally because they are one of the few places around that offer (or at least advertised) that they have children's services. They treated my daughter like royalty and she got the exact same treatment on her toes and fingers that they give adults. We have been other places that skimped on the kids service because they are kids. The ladies here went all out making her feel special. $45 for a kids mani/padi is a great price too! Ah this is a hard one for me to write. I have been coming here since I moved to the area 6 years…read moreago. Back then, there were some growing pains so wait time and scheduling were tough. But then I met Amy, who was incredible and I would schedule directly with her so it worked well. But then she went on vacation and never came back. So I started seeing Chloe, who was also great. But same thing... vacation, never came back. Then Vincent... then Tiffany... not sure what this pattern means but either way... I'm writing the review because I called today for an appointment and set it up. I arrived on time and it was like I had never called. 40 minutes later, everyone is still busy and not able to take me. My issue is, they never should have made the appointment. If they knew they were understaffed or running behind, they could've told me. So, I'll be moving on to a new salon. I got excited with the recent remodel, but doesn't seem like there's much improvement. I hope they figure out better systems soon.

Given that it is in a large lot, parking is readily available and I'm always able to find a close spot. The place has good lighting, and the equipment appears to be either new or in good condition. They are organized - when you have an appointment, you come in and use the kiosk to check yourself in using your phone number.

I arrived two minutes before opening, and they were ready to go--love that they open *in time*, not just *on time!* First Impressions & Atmosphere - I was warmly greeted by both the staff and a friendly customer who was already waiting for her appointment who I thought was a worker at first. - The salon was clean and well-organized. They even still had their Valentine's Day decorations up and a candy bowl for customers, which was cute. - The atmosphere was relaxing, with a great music selection that set the mood. They do have TVs, but they only display business information and pricing, which actually matched their website--love that consistency! However, I do wish they had something playing on at least one of the TVs for customers to watch. Sometimes, I prefer to limit my screen time during self-care and not be on my phone the entire time. Services & Experience - I got a **deluxe pedicure** first and an **eyebrow wax** afterward. - The pedicure was fantastic! They use **new liners for the foot bowls** and **unopened foot scrubbers**, which I appreciated for hygiene. - The **calf massage was better than expected**--a pleasant surprise! - I was offered water or soda and few other options, which was a nice added touch also. - Tons of polish and powder colors to choose from, so plenty of options. - My total time in the salon was **about an hour and a half**, and Ken, my nail tech for my pedicure , took his time to ensure quality service. For my eyebrow wax, a lady did them did not get her name but she got them just perfect! My brows are naturally curly, but she shaped them beautifully. I did get slightly snapped, but mistakes happen--it was nothing serious, and there was no damage. Pricing & Convenience - I got **gel French tips**, eyebrow and my total came to **$70** However, a **prior tip was already included and added in**, making it **$75 before any additional tipping**. - I was a **walk-in** and only waited **about five minutes**, likely because I arrived right at opening. - They do take **appointments**, which is great if you prefer a specific nail tech. - If you need food before, after, or even while waiting, there are **several restaurants in the same plaza**--super convenient! - There's also a **bus stop right in front of the plaza**, making it easy to get to if you use public transportation. I had a great experience here! The salon is clean, the staff is welcoming, and the service was thorough.
