We were told we could not get our $500 deposit back because they don't give refunds. However, COVID was unexpected for everyone. They told us it would be good for up to a year but we had no event to have as we were not going to throw a random party. Recently, we were willing to do business with them again but they were not willing to honor or full deposit but half. We will never do business with these greedy people. I get business is business but I believe if you treat people well, you will get more business. My review for 1 star is because the venue is nice.

There also are additional perks for up-charge that are reasonable as well. We took advantage of the red carpet, uplighting and chiavari chairs. You can tell that deep thought was put into the creation of this space, from the built-in bar to the built-in lines to make draping easier. This was the perfect space to host our event and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff made it extra special.
