The salon was upstairs from a bakery. Naomi greeted me as she was working on a customer. I didn't wait long. I gave her a picture of an idea of what kind of style I was considering. She was amazing. I love the layered look she gave me. Shorter hair but not too short. Perfect shoulder length. Different from what I had in mind but I really loved it. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Nearly 2 1/2 weeks ago, after…read moreletting my natural silver hair grow out for 11 weeks, I treated myself to an upscale salon experience for some icy blonde/silver blending highlights, and what a horrible outcome that was. Not even remotely close to photos I had shown the stylist. Long story short, they made it right and provided a refund, but needed to find someone who could give me what I was looking for. This is when I found Alchemy Hair Collective, specifically FIONA! I made my appointment with her with ease. She texted prior to my appointment and gave me the opportunity to explain my story and provide photos of where I was and where I wanted to go. She responded immediately, "That is something we can fix." The second I stepped foot into Alchemy I LOVED it. The vibe is warm, fun, and inviting. I liked Fiona the second we met. She was awesome! Is there a better word than awesome? SUPER awesome! She talked to me about what I wanted, she studied my hair, she asked me questions, we looked at photos. Her confidence was reassuring. I felt like I was trusting her with my life. We had great conversation and laughs as she worked away putting all of those foils in my hair. After processing, I had a fantastic shampoo and scalp massage. Hope I didn't snore because it sure was relaxing. Upon returning to her chair and the towel coming off, I knew Fiona had hit a grand slam! When my hair was all dried, I am here to tell you that I had a lump in my throat and had to fight back tears of joy and happiness. I know that means nothing to you who is reading this, but I am not a crier by nature. Hair doesn't move me. Today it did. OUTSTANDING!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Fiona is my girl and you should make her yours too!

Naomi saved my hair!!…read more I had a terrible haircut by another salon and was in desperate need to find a new hair stylist that I was reaching out to different salons in the area. My layers were so short and my hair got thinned out. I didn't even ask for that style of haircut. It was so frayed. The layers were so choppy. If I pulled hair from both sides of my head neither of the lengths would be even. So bad!!! Naomi was the first to respond and the first choice I wanted so I booked with her! She was able to get me in the next day after the terrible haircut experience. Upon walking in she greeted me with so much warmth and I just immediately trusted her with my hair. She was able to cut my hair short to even out the work the previous salon did but told me to come back in 3 months to allow my hair to grow to get a recut. I made another appointment with her 2 months in because I was tired of waking up and hating my hair. She immediately responds. During my 2nd appointment with her we both agreed to go shoulder length short. I absolutely love my hair now. Naomi really knows what she's doing and I'm so glad I found somebody I can trust with my hair going forward. Plus she is so nice! And her hair is great too haha. Thank you so much Naomi for saving my hair!!

The polish selection was minimal. During the pedicure, no dead skin or cuticles were removed around my nails, and there was no foot or leg massage. The pedicure was more expensive than other shops I've had where I actually received all of those services The Corner Salon was lacking. Very disappointing experience, especially for a birthday treat.
