Naomi saved my hair!!…read more I had a terrible haircut by another salon and was in desperate need to find a new hair stylist that I was reaching out to different salons in the area. My layers were so short and my hair got thinned out. I didn't even ask for that style of haircut. It was so frayed. The layers were so choppy. If I pulled hair from both sides of my head neither of the lengths would be even. So bad!!! Naomi was the first to respond and the first choice I wanted so I booked with her! She was able to get me in the next day after the terrible haircut experience. Upon walking in she greeted me with so much warmth and I just immediately trusted her with my hair. She was able to cut my hair short to even out the work the previous salon did but told me to come back in 3 months to allow my hair to grow to get a recut. I made another appointment with her 2 months in because I was tired of waking up and hating my hair. She immediately responds. During my 2nd appointment with her we both agreed to go shoulder length short. I absolutely love my hair now. Naomi really knows what she's doing and I'm so glad I found somebody I can trust with my hair going forward. Plus she is so nice! And her hair is great too haha. Thank you so much Naomi for saving my hair!!

It was a late…read moreafternoon appointment but she was willing to stay late, evening though she was flying out for a wedding the next day. I haven't ever been put under a heat lamp before but it seemed to really speed up the process. I also got the brightness I wanted without the brassy undertones. However, my hair has never been more dried out. My boyfriend has been rubbing coconut oil in it for me and that will help for a couple days before he does it again. Which I really enjoy him doing, but do not enjoy the tangles that come with dry hair. Perhaps next visit I'll plan an earlier appointment and just wait it out while color sets and avoid the heat. But overall very happy! The salon is very cute too and I like the products she used!

The polish selection was minimal. During the pedicure, no dead skin or cuticles were removed around my nails, and there was no foot or leg massage. I also had polish left on my skin, and I was immediately asked to get out of the chair without giving my nails time to dry. The pedicure was more expensive than other shops I've had where I actually received all of those services The Corner Salon was lacking. Very disappointing experience, especially for a birthday treat. I won't be going back.
