No call, just an e-mail with instructions to create a new account, although I already have one, and surprise, surprise, it did not recognize me and or gave me errors. A few e-mails back (not a call) this must not arise to the importance to pick up the phone. Then I'm asked for Personal information on an e-mail, as if this type of information is not vulnerable. Then I call back and ask for a compliance office phone number to lodge a complaint and they kept giving me another person from the call center, so 45 minutes later I get the number and surprise, surprise; the recording says the phone number is restricted or unavailable. So if access to information on a portal is important you may want to reconsider, I'm sure it was billed already though, no issues there...

He truly understands the runners mentality and does a super job explaining what your issue is, and how he can help it. He also personally grades every new running sneakers that comes out and categorizes it appropriately. In my case, he was able to recommend 4 different pairs of running shoes, and along with an orthopedic, I was up and running pain free in no time. To summarize, he saw my injury, diagnosed the cause. Advised me on the timeline it will take to heal, and then worked on trying to find a solution. This isn't an exact science, and we played with different sneaker inserts and sneakers, but eventually we found the right combo. Since meeting him, I was able to finish two Ironmans and 2 more marathons; and he's by far the biggest reason I was able to. I now go periodically just to do checkups on my inserts and love every visit. I recommend him to all my runner friends and they all love him just as much.

They were bullies and treated my mom with no respect. I was told by her roommate that they made fun of her as she cried in pain. They had my mom so doped up on pain meds that she was out of it half the time. But I must say the rest of the staff, the nurses, the daytime aides, evening aides, were wonderful. It was just the overnight aides that were the problem.

He appreciated the welcomeness of the staff, therapists, and workers and felt that he was getting the care he expected and deserved. However, after his last and FINAL stay, he and family members have adamantly decided that this was NOT the place for him. The entire stay (approx. 4 weeks) was terrible. He was moved 3 times to different rooms. There were 2-3 patients constantly calling out from their rooms begging for help. This was not only annoying for current patients especially when trying to sleep, but also disturbing for us visitors who are wondering if these patients perhaps should be in a different facility to accommodate their needs???? My Dad was being place in bed at 7 pm and not being taken from bed to wheelchair until 11 am the next morning. Many days he would NOT get physical therapy. He used to get showered 3x/week. Currently he was not showered in a week. They only wipe him with wipes because they are UNDERSTAFFED they told him. Floors/rooms are filthy and daily cleaning obviously not being done. As of yesterday, there were no working elevators...an on-going problem, as often times at least one elevator doesn't work. Please do not send your loved one here. Will never use this facility again.
