Comparing it to the big name in fried chicken in the centre of town, Sam's is a lot more consistent in serving food that is actually hot and fresh. The portion sizing is always generous, and they have a great range of options on deals and different food items. With an exception or two here and there, I've always been greeted in a friendly manner by the staff. Very much an improvement on the usually dismissive service I get elsewhere.

Nothing quite hits the spot like Dixie Chicken at 2am, and from back in America I still share fond memories with people about Dixie chicken. It's small, divey, and not particularly clean.
